Great online retailer!  Have ordered my wife's favorite perfume here a couple times and have had absolutely no problems.  Best price I could find and quick shipping via UPS.  I would definitely shop again!

My shopping experience with ScentedMonkey.Com was horrific.
I placed an order on March 26 2008. 13 days passed and during this time I placed 3 phone calls and sent 4 emails. I was able to speak to one person who would not give me her name and said she would credit my credit card. NO CREDIT WAS GIVEN. None of my emails were replied to except for the 4th email in which it states a credit will be issued.

This business is horrendous and I would definately NOT RECOMMEND SCENTEDMONKEY.COM

Customer Service should be the number one priority in ANY business. Without great customer service, you have nothing.

I am totally disgusted with this company and I'm still fighting for my credit.

I am totally happy with my purchase! The shipping for $1.00 and 10% discount, I was so pleased. Ordered my item on a Monday night and received it Thursday afternoon. Excellent communications through emails regarding my order.

I think these are the best deals you can ask for at this time of year. I'd reccommend this to everyone and am going to get all my friends perfumes from ScentedMonkey for Yule!

I have just received my product, I didn't order it until early Tuesday morning, and I received it on Thursday and it was ground UPS, much faster service than i had ever expected...I am very happy with the product and the prices were more than awesome,so much cheaper than the competitors, i personally saved 66%!! and the packaging was very very secure, I will recommend any and everyone to The Scented Monkey, and my business will definitely be repeated

I have ordered from Scented Monkey, twice so far, without any problems. Delivery was fast and free of charge - with a $59 minimum purchase - which I think is reasonable. 

They have a large selection, although not all of the products I wanted were available, at the time. The items arrived in perfect condition, as described in the listings: boxed and often also sealed in factory wrappers (unless it's a Tester. I bought 2 testers. One was in plain box and the other was unboxed.) 

The prices are reasonable and in some cases the lowest on the net. 

I've just placed another order.... This time, I've also purchased some of the samples they offer. (They are listed under the heading "Try Before You Buy." You can also get to that section by looking at the full sized product and then clicking on the sample link button. Unfortunately that won't get you right to the sample. You still have to scroll down the list. Items are listed mostly by name and then brand...) I haven't received them yet, but will update one I do. (I don't expect any problems.)

Bad Experience

I bought a perfume I have used for years and this does not smell at all.
I do not know if this was a bad product or very old, but the package and packing look original. I wore it 2 times and it  was pointless to do it. I am really unhappy with that and when I contact them they said there is nothing they can do.

I think there is a gamble when you buy this kind of items in internet.
I will put the bottle in the trash and never buy anithing there.

The mall has higer prices but at least you know what you are getting in there.

Customer service said the order would be shipped on a certain date. A week later, however, nothing had been shipped. Moreover, nobody took the trouble to notify me about the delay.

I was very pleased with my shopping experience. The website was very user friendly and they had the lowest prices I've ever seen. My shipment arrived very quickly and all items were packaged safely. I ordered 10 bottles of perfume and everything was intact. Free shipping and dirt cheap prices. Ya can't beat that. Great deal!

Terrible experience. Customer service is obnoxious and their emails are rude. They charged my account twice for an item I never received.

I purchased a purfume from them on Amazon.  It CLEARLY was NOT listed as a tester, but that's what they sent me.  They even admitted to me it was Amazon's fault because it was listed wrong!  But I paid for a NEW bottle with a Box and Cap, NOT a tester bottle with NO CAP and a plain white box.  I was told I could send it back for a full refund.  I buy online because I don't have time, so obviously  I don't have time to send it back, especially when I was not the one who made the error!  It's not the customers fault that it was listed wrong.  They have since ignored my emails.  I would NEVER buy ANYTHING from this company.  BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
4/10/09 UPDATE:  Today I received a cap in the mail from scentedmonkey.com for the perfume I purchased.  They must have received my email requesting AT LEAST a cap for the tester bottle they sent me so I could use it for travel as planned.  I guess I have to give them some credit for that.  They could of emailed me back and told me they were going to sent it to me! 

I was very impressed by the speed that my item was shipped: I received my product (shipped safely and packaged nicely) only 28 hours after placing my order, even though I ordered the basic UPS Ground shipping!!! I live in Newton, MA.
