I made a mistake when I placed my order and ordered breastpump parts that were not compatible with each other.  Donna from Self Expressions noticed the apparent error while processing my order and called me to clarify what I really needed.  After confirming that I had ordered the wrong items, she edited the order to include the items I really needed.  The order was shipped quickly, received sooner than expected, and packaged very well.  I will definitely shop at Self Expressions again and I'm telling all of my friends about the site, the excellent selection, and friendly customer service.

This has been a wonderful company to work with. I gave birth to twins earlier this year and have made use of several products that have been extremely helpful especially the Medela Breast Pump.

Every thing I have ordered has arrived very quickly and in excellent condition.

I gave birth in March and a week after my baby was born, he had to go back into the hospital for jaundice and dehydration. The doctor ordered a formula feeding which caused him to not latch on for breast feeding after the fact. I ordered a Haberman Fingerfeeder from Self Expressions. It arrived quickly. I was able to use it to feed my son and he was able to latch on properly afterward to nurse, and he has had no problems since.

I was very pleased with the customer service. I will definately use this company again and again!!

I was having trouble finding nursing bras in the right size and the first ones I ordered were snug. I e-mailed Self Expressions for advice on selecting a better size for exchange and got a helpful reply right away. Things got even more topsy-turvy a week or two later when my son arrived 2 months early and my sizing needs changed drastically. I placed a second order, but changed my mind about the size after I'd placed it. Donna Self was incredibly patient with me, changing my order after the fact without hesitation as well as canceling the exchange on my first order and processing a refund immediately. (Not to mention answering all my e-mails in record time, even on weekends!) Most businesses I've dealt with would've given me a hard time with so many after-the-fact changes but Donna Self at Self Expressions was very understanding and accommodating and I really needed that at this chaotic time.
