I placed an order for 3 HP 72 gigs Ultra-320 SCSI drives. The ServerSupply by far had the best pricing. The same drives sold on CDW for $499 each, while I was able to get it for $307 each. The ServerSupply had free ground shipping for the order.

I really appreciate the fact they take their time to call and also email their customers if there is a problem with the order. I was contacted right after I placed the order. I wasn't aware my information was incomplete. Instead of holding back my order, they contacted me via phone and email to fix the information and process the order. I received the product within two days. Thank you guys. I will definitely shop from Server Supply again.

I highly recommend Server Supply. Their customer service is very friendly and professional, and they do care about customer satisfaction. Their prices are among the best in the nation. My experience with Server Supply was a positive one and I am sure I will be ordering more things from them.

I ordered a part for my copier on 8/31/2006, which Server Supply said they had in stock. I immediately received an email response to my online order saying it was backordered. It is now 11/21/2006 and I have never receieved the part or any other communication from them. After waiting almost three months, I bought the part somewhere else. Also, the phone number I was given in the email was not toll-free. It was long distance to New York. Bad form!

Had some hesitation regarding the technical features. Then i made a phone call at their toll free number and got everything right.Really very helpful customer support.Would love to shop again.
