Worst place I've ever shopped

This was my first and very last time I ever shop with shoemall.com. Compared to other online shoe places that do not charge for exchanges, their return shipping policy is extremely poor. Returns are at the customer expense. There are many other online shoe sites that do not charge for this service. When I called their customer service, they were rude. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this merchant (shoemall.com) to anyone. Zappos.com and shoebuy.com are far better with customer service and have a free return policy. Buyer beware!

Ordered a pair of Clark's shoes . .ShoeMall had them much cheaper than the other online stores. I received my order in 7 days. Didn't ever receive a confirmation email, but did check the order status from the site and saw the tracking information. I will order from them again!!

Shifty customer service

I got a letter from them saying they received an order from me and could not fulfil it. I had never placed an order with them, and so sent them email to find out what was happening, since there might be identity theft going on. You'd expect a store to be worried about something like this, and cooperate, but these guys just brushed me off. I got a canned reply saying I needed to have the local police send them a fax on their letter head and then they would cooperate. All this to let me know the details of an order which I had supposedly placed! I'm never going to try this place...

Do not order from these people! The only reason I did is that the best online shoe store, Zappos, with the best customer service, did not have the shoe I was looking for. Shoemall was the only store that had it, so I ordered with them for the first time. I asked if they would upgrade my shippinf like Zappos does, and they told me no. Then, their free shipping states that it takes 7-10 days. I ordered my shoes on October 2nd, and here we are on October 15th, and still NO SHOES. First and LAST time ever ordering from these jokers, with absolutley NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ZAPPOS RULES. Shoemall - you might want to take a page out of their book, and you just might get more return customers. But you already lost this one here.

Order placed 6/8/06; acct charged 6/12/06. No delivery still two weeks later. No confirmation email provided, even upon request. No receipt provided on request. Rude customer service when inquiry placed on shipping progress. Very shifty feel to business practices. Will not do business again with this merchant, regardless of outcome. Will report to BBB.

Put in order in the evening and it was shipped out that night with tracking info e-mailed to me. I did have to call to confirm order received, because my computer was acting up (they had) Person I talked to immediately confirmed receipt and gave me order #. Received in about a week (including holidays and weekend) order exactly as promised. Would use again.

I ordered a pair of pumps from Shoe Mall because I was having difficulty finding the right size in any of the stores. Shoe Mall not only had the right size, exactly what I was looking for, they shipped quickly and the shoes were perfect. I've since bought 3 more pair, all with the same great service. Would definitely buy here again.

Shoemall.com=No Show Products + vicious customer service

I checked on the status of my order today only to find that it was canceled.
No notification of this was sent to me and no attempts to contact me were made in spite of the fact that shoemall.com had both my email and phone number. And the "Post Card" they supposedly sent out to inform me of the cancellation never arrived.
When I called to inquire about this the first gentleman who answered the phone stated that the item was out of stock and that is why my order was canceled. When I asked why I was not notified he hung up on me.
I called back and was told by a female CSR that the order was canceled because the credit card information did not match. I checked the original email and it did in fact match. She was rude and proceeded to blame me for their mistake. Rather than offer an apology she was terse and confrontational.
Shop somewhere else. Anywyhere else because Shoemall.com is a joke.

Excellent experience. I had searched several other sites for a particular brand of shoes. Couldn't even find the brand on the home site. Shoe Mall had them, so I ordered two pair. They arrived in timely fashion, boxed and in perfect condition.

The shoes I received were beautiful, even though they didn't fit properly. Mostly , it was my foot, not the shoes.
My dissatisfaction was with the shipping charges to send back the shoes. I didn't know when I ordered that I would need to spend 6.95 to returnthem. I was not happy with that.

I placed my order with Shoe Mall online and was shipping the shoes to my son at his address. I selected 3 to 5 day shipping and they had my e-mail address and never contacted me that there was a problem. A week later I received a notice in the mail that my order could not be processed and I called and they said my order was cancelled because I had a differant ship to address than the bill to address.
