Placed order on Feb 4th and got shipment notification on Feb 5th --so far, so good... Although according to the info the site I thought I might be receiving the merchandise sooner, I soon found out I'd have to wait 10 days...; but here we are, Feb 20th, and the shipment has not arrived...
I've called ShoeMall three times already... The lady I talked to today (Whitney) said after I completed some paperwork which someone promised to send via regular mail last week (which NOT surprisingly hasn't arrived either) they would send a replacement... Seems to me that's what they should have done --find the lost parcel but overnight me a replacement shipment-- the first time I called... Now it is too late. I do not want to keep the shoes I ordered from ShoeMall... All I want is a prompt refund --just as they wasted little time charging my credit card on the day they supposedly sent the shipment to me...
In the future, I shall continue buying my shoes at Zappos.com, where I get next-day delivery and FREE shipment both ways (should I wish to return my purchases...)
This has been the WORST shopping experience I've had so far...

I am planning on returing 2 of the 4 pairs of shoes I ordered. I am particularly disappointed in one pair. The quality was poor. The shoe is two tone with some decorative focus on the top. The top portion of one shoe is off center so I had to return the pair. They should not have been sent. I am guessing that this vendor sell seconds so I am not interested in buying again.

Shopping at Shoe Mall provided an opportunity to review quite a number of women's 8AAAA, 8AAA and 7 1/2AA shoes in a variety of styles. It also had a a good selection of men's shoes in 13A-13 1/2AA. These are very hard sizes to find anywhere much less with variety in style or color. The parameters for narrowing the search were easy to use and provided prompt selection choices. Some choices provided limited positional views of the products which made determining the width from toe to heel difficult. The wish list made it easy to earmark shoes for future consideration or for gift ideas for gift givers. The shoes arrived in good shape, fit well and were true to specifications. Thank you for such a marvelous and productive shopping experience. Please continue to offer these opportunities for those with non-traditional shoe sizes and if possible expand the casual trendy shoe selection.

I got the product exactly on the day estimated by ShoeMall. The order was easily tracked online, and the return instructions are easily followed if needed.

I needed to return the boots for a larger size. I found the return form easier to use than some other companies I've used. Also the return label was USPS which made return easier than trying to find a UPS or FedEx office. I haven't received the exchanged boots back yet.
