Shoedini or 6pm or whatever they now call themselves. After oredering hiking boots and received cowboy boots. Their Customer service said I needed to send the boots back and place another order. I did and received cowboy boots again. They now have two charges on my credit card and customer service says they have a glitch in their system and they don't know when they are going to ship the hiking boots. Very poor customer service. They don't return calls Only time will tell if they credit my cretit card account. Never again.

I ordered three pairs of shoes from this site and two of the pairs had problems. One pair was the wrong color and the other pair was stuffed with a shoe horn that could not be removed. I sent two emails requesting assistance and have only received auto-replies. There is no phone number listed on the site! and there does not seem to be any other method of customer service besides auto-form. I went ahead and re-ordered one of the pairs in the hopes that I would get the right color this time, but in doing so I had to pay an additional $6.95 for shipping as per their policy. I still have the original two pairs to return, and I suppose I will have to eat the cost of the return in order to get my original order money back- then file for postal compensation somehow. All in all, a difficult turnaround for me due to 6pm.com's error. I just wish they would stand by their customer service and send me a pre-paid return. So far I have heard nothing. Unfortunately, I have to give a Thumbs down on this one!

6pm.com. Great prices and selection. Superfast delivery. Ordered Friday, received on Tuesday. Everything was perfect about my experience. I ordered 2 pair of Crocs. Both were on sale for 1/2 price, which made me a little nervous (crocs are never on sale). But my order went thru without any problems. Email confirmations and tracking numbers were both sent (though I had my shoes before I had time to check my email).
I have had the worst experience possible with Shoedini! I order boots two weeks before Christmas and was promised to have them by the 20th of December. The boots never came and the company never even responded to my calls and emails! The boots were supposed to be a Christmas gift. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store!
I haven't shopped here, yet, I am leery of this site, because only the users who put "shoedini shopper" are the ones who rated the site well. All others had horrible experiences. I think the "shoedini shopper" reviews may be planted.
I think this merchant is excellent. Had product in stock. Shipped quickly. LOVE that they do not charge for shipping and handling, yet the price is the same as what I've seen in sporting goods stores for the same product!!! Read more
