6pm.com has nice shoes but their company policies are horrible! They put on a sale, you buy the shoes, but they double the prices before your shoes arrive. Your shoes do not fit so you need a different size. They will not exchange them. You have to buy ...

Stay away from 6pm poor customer service

Shoedini or 6pm or whatever they now call themselves. After oredering hiking boots and received cowboy boots. Their Customer service said I needed to send the boots back and place another order. I did and received cowboy boots again. They now have two charges on my credit card and customer service says they have a glitch in their system and they don't know when they are going to ship the hiking boots. Very poor customer service. They don't return calls Only time will tell if they credit my cretit card account. Never again.

My favorite shopping site

This is my favorite shoe and clothing shopping site. They run daily and weekly deals that are unbelievable. They have had over the year Uggs, Old Gringo, Oakleys - all on sale for unbelievable low prices. Shop early for best selection. All items ship for 6.95, no matter how many you buy. Now the downside. If you don't like something, you have to return it at your expense, and you do not get the original shipping returned. So...a poor purchase may cost you like about 10-12.00. Ouch. But, every pair of shoes I purchased that didn't fit, I turned around and sold on ebay for a profit, or at the very least, got my money back. So, if you are in to bargain hunting...this is the place. If you want pampered service - go shop at the parent company - Zappos(which by the way is the same stuff - just heavily discounted, maybe last years inventory) Happy shopping.

No phone number for customer service!

I ordered three pairs of shoes from this site and two of the pairs had problems. One pair was the wrong color and the other pair was stuffed with a shoe horn that could not be removed. I sent two emails requesting assistance and have only received auto-replies. There is no phone number listed on the site! and there does not seem to be any other method of customer service besides auto-form. I went ahead and re-ordered one of the pairs in the hopes that I would get the right color this time, but in doing so I had to pay an additional $6.95 for shipping as per their policy. I still have the original two pairs to return, and I suppose I will have to eat the cost of the return in order to get my original order money back- then file for postal compensation somehow. All in all, a difficult turnaround for me due to 6pm.com's error. I just wish they would stand by their customer service and send me a pre-paid return. So far I have heard nothing. Unfortunately, I have to give a Thumbs down on this one!

6pm.com. Great prices and selection. Superfast delivery. Ordered Friday, received on Tuesday. Everything was perfect about my experience. I ordered 2 pair of Crocs. Both were on sale for 1/2 price, which made me a little nervous (crocs are never on sale). But my order went thru without any problems. Email confirmations and tracking numbers were both sent (though I had my shoes before I had time to check my email).

I have had the worst experience possible with Shoedini! I order boots two weeks before Christmas and was promised to have them by the 20th of December. The boots never came and the company never even responded to my calls and emails! The boots were supposed to be a Christmas gift. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store!

I haven't shopped here, yet, I am leery of this site, because only the users who put "shoedini shopper" are the ones who rated the site well. All others had horrible experiences. I think the "shoedini shopper" reviews may be planted.

Excelent service, ordered the same shoe a second time after trying on the first pair to compare the widths. It was so convient, easy and fast and offer great selections. If shopping in my local stores I would not have had the option of widths to choose from.
I was looking for confort - lower heels and wider width shoes to wear at my daughter's wedding.
This customer knew what she wanted and got what she wanted at 6pm.com

compared to other online sources I have used, your shipping of product is VERY long. As I understand it, it is not the shipping that takes so long, it's getting it out of your warehouse that seems to be the problem. However, your price was lowest. If I didn't need the product immediately, I would order form you again to get the best price. I also emailed 6pm after I discovered that the shoes I ordered were now on sale, I was informed I would be receiving the credit on my visa. I really appreciated that! I also told a friend about your website;)

I SENT THE COSTUMER SERVICE AN EMAIL AND I RECEIVED A REPLY ALMOST RIGHT AWAY. IT TOOK A WHILE TO RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER BUT I RECEIVED MY SHOES ON THE DAY THAT WAS PROMISED.
