When contacting Customer (NO) Service, I could only get their voice mail and never got a call back or an e-mail. they were totally unresponsive to my contacts. When I tried to send an e-mail to the link on their web site, the e-mail bounced back to me as invalid. In short, I could not get any Customer Service!!!

It took longer than expected because I didn't realize they had to verify my prescription. Either I didn't notice, or maybe it should be more evident that the order will be expedited if I fax a copy of my prescription.
Otherwise, everything was in order

Initial Order was easy and the product I was looking for was offered at a low price. 4 days after I ordered the contacts, I looked ot see if they had been shipped yet, but the website indicated that my order was still being processed. I was concerned that they wouldn't arrive in time (prior to an extended vacation), so I called Shoplens and the Customer Service Agent was very friendly and said she would look into it and call me back. She called back within 5 minutes to let me know that the lenses had been shipped and should arrive the next day (which they did). 4 or 5 days after I received the lenses, I got an email from Shoplens saying that my lenses had been shipped. Overall, I was happy wiht the service and the product, but I think the web site and the updating of the order could use a little work. I will still happily use Shoplens again in the future.

So far i have not received anything I am still waiting on my lens which i ordered 03/03/06 and paid for quick shippment i have not called but getting ready to just get my money back and go else where customer service where is it???

Ordered contact lenses on Feb. 20, 2006. Called in March when contacts did not arrive. Left messages. No response. Called again. Was told by customer service that they would "call me right back" or will "call you back in 20 mins". They never did. Called again and was told that the lenses had to be ordered from the manufacturer; however, that ShopLens' records indicated that they were mailed to me on March 6. Customer representative asked me to call back in 2 days if still not received. Waited three days and called back and had to leave a message. Still no lenses. At this point, I'm not sure that I can accurately answer Question #7.

You are impossible to contact, I tried online and by phone to no avail. The order took a long time to be processed and I was unable to track the order. The rebate form that was to be included was not.I gave up and contacted the company directly.

I was very dissatisfied with my shopping experience. ShopLens has the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure to work with. They NEVER answered my phone calls to their 800 number; I always had to leave a message. And it ALWAYS took a threat for them to return my call; i.e., "if I do not hear back from you by the end of the day, I will cancel my order." My original order was placed on or around 12/23, but I didn't receive my contacts until 1/24. It only takes my eye doctor a couple of days to get my contacts, so why should it take a specialized contact distribution business over a month? I will never do business with ShopLens again, and I have advised friends and family of my experience and not to do business with them.

I was a little disappointed once I ordered my lens gave my prescription and my credit card info to be informed it would be on hold until ShopLens verified the info I provided with another. I never received confirmation as to when and how that was to occur but within a week I opened my mailbox and they were there. Overall I was satisfied with the experience.

I need to exchange the contact lenses for my left eye because I ordered the wrong power/strength. I have tried to contact ShopLens.com's customer service (through several emails and phone messages)for a week now and have not been able to get through to anyone.
