Absolutely terrific company.  I had my microwave 2 days after I ordered it.  I will certainly do business again with ShortOrder and tell everyone I know about the impeccable sales and shipping service.

This company delivered the product quickly.  However, I didn't take the time to read the agreements and their policy.  If for some reason the product is not satisfactory they will not take it back unless it is not used.  I guess I understand this, but their restocking fee is either 40% or 20%.  One document said 40%, another said 20%.  I received a Hamilton Beach 908 Blender.  After first use, I realized it was cheaply made and would not be reliable.  I sent a message to Short Order describing my experience and I was simply told it had to be unused.  If it was sent back there would be a 20% restocking fee and freight was my responsibility.  There seemed to be little to no concern for my experience.

I ordered from Shortorder.com and the web sight said the product was in stock and would ship. I received an e-mail from customer care the next day stating that my item was not instock and that it shipped direct from Beverage-Air. Shortorder told me ir would ship in 5 days, well it shipped in 3 and I had it 2 days later. Excellent price, quality of the product was great and most important to me everytime I called customer service I was treated nice and never lied to. I would do business again with Shortorder.com, I am impressed.
