I had never even heard of Sillworks, nor Epinions and now i'm a happy convert to both services. I will use them again

Purchased a HP/COMPAQ storage unit from Sillworks. The product was advertised as new. When we received the product it was in a broken/beat-up box and the unit was obviously not new. After many promises of a RMA number they offered to reduce the price which I refused. They then claimed they tried to contact us to issue the RMA.
Having been in business for 17 years we have never encountered such lousy service, do your self a favor, avoid this merchant and its deceptive advertising.

I was really impressed with how my RMA was treated. We ordered the wrong ram for our server and were pleased to find out that there was no re-stocking fee. They even picked up the shipping costs for the return. I'm impressed and will definitely shop here again. It's a small thing but by absorbing the ten bucks or so for the return shipping and waiving a re-stock fee they have won my business.

Was talking with an HP Rep and mentioned the three stores I was thinking of doing business with. His comment, "I've only heard good things about Sillworks". Now I see why. I placed my order on line, no follow up e-mails wanting me to contact them, no trying to sell me more than what I wanted. FAST, FAST service. HardDrive arrived on Friday instead of Monday. Package was undamaged and contained all that I had ordered. E-mails confirming order and package sent, loved the tracking system (never had the chance to use it before). Would I do business with Sillworks again, or recommend them to someone else do business with? Yes I would.

Fantastic service and product shipped on time for Saturday delivery, good job guys. I will definetly shop here again.

I needed a tape drive replaced right away, Sillworks shipped it our overnight and we were up and running a backup the next day before 9:00am. I don't know if I should thank Sillworks or FedEx, so I'll thank them both.
