So pleasantly surprised when I opened the box! I wanted a specific color, etc and was hoping this was it. John wrote he thought I would love it...he was right! Gorgeous sapphire, perfect color, exactly what I was looking for. Shipped and arrived very quickly as well!

I was looking for a loose sapphire in just a certain color of blue . After a few E-mails , John offered to send me as many as I liked for physical inspection . The sapphires arrived on time , I was able to keep them several days and returned all but one. My credit card was only charged for the stone I kept.Great dollar value on the stone too! The stone was just as pictured on Simply Sapphires site. The deep Kashmir Blue was consistent , no "window" on this stone.  Great cut , overall symmetry was perfect.The stone I purchased was less than $500. , not a big purchased , but the service great. Obviously , you do not need to make a big purchase to get full service from this merchant.I will be back again and again.
