I am done with regular free radio! by buzzinfrogg ,Mar 22 '07
When satellite radio first came out, I thought it wouldnt last, "who will pay for radio." Then regular radio got more and more crapyer, more commercials, the same 3 songs over and over, annoying kiss a$$ DJs and the list goes on and on. But, I still wasnt going to pay for satellite, until Howard was going to leave!!!!! Then I had no choice, Almost 2 years later and I couldnt be happier with Sirius radio. Lots of choices, 3 Trans and club channels and Howard 24/7 and best of all, no commercials, this is the best radio on radio, I would gladly pay 25 a month for this service :)
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by scheiner18 ,Aug 06 '07
Waiting on a rebate check for 8 months now. I call once a month and each representative has a different excuse and a different solution, none of which work out. I will NEVER buy anything from Sirius again (including radio) until they can un-screw their operations!
I hate Sirius' poor customer service by cflesher1 ,Oct 29 '09
I have been a Sirius subscriber since the beginning, how long is that four maybe five years. I have had only a few occasions when I needed to contact customer service. We enjoy our service both at home and in our vehicles. I recently had a change in my credit card due to theft. I called Sirius to update them with my new info. Where in the world is their customer support, every time I have ever called I get a person who can barely speak English, let alone understand what I am trying to tell them. I don't think it is unreasonable and I know it's not illegal to require that employees speak and understand English. Not to mention that now I have had unauthorized charges from Sirius on my account, and yes it is from Sirius, my bank verifies it, and I can't get it resolved. I am now waiting on a customer service manager to call me back, I will be shocked if someone does. Come on
Sirius you have great radio, bring your customer service up to par. If not when the market becomes competitive, I'm gone.
