I placed an order 8/9/07 and received it in the mail 8/11/07. I have done business with them in the past and have always been pleased with their detail to each order. You will receive an email that your order was placed and another when the order is shipped along with a tracking number that you can follow at your convenience. I have NEVER had a problem!!! This website includes very helpful--and very accurate, according to my dermatologist--information regarding skincare regimens and specific skin conditions (aging, acne, rosacea, etc..)as well as products.

I've received three orders from them--each free shipping no-charge priority mail and all received within 4 days. Every order has been correct--and included several free samples of related products.

i always order from these guys - they are the best! I love that they use USPS instead of Fedex/UPS. I have having to sign for stuff!

They also have the best customer service i think I've ever experienced. I couldn't recommend these guys more.
