Check the guarantee period!

I ordered two very expensive items from this store because I read somewhere on the site that there was a 60-day money-back guarantee. Since I live on a military base overseas, the shipping took about two weeks to get to me. I then tried the products for a couple of weeks and decided I didn't like one. I called customer service but did not get an answer because of the time difference. I emailed several times but did not receive an answer, until finally someone emailed and said that the item I was trying to return only had a 30-day guarantee and that I had missed the deadline. I will not order from this site again!

BEWARE of Non Existent Email Customer Service & Incompetent Phone Operators

I had ordered a Jan Marini product from their store, but was alerted later by email that my product was out of stock. I attempted several times by email to cancel my order, as it states 'for any further questions or to cancel this order, simply email us!', but received absolutely no response.
I then proceeded to call them on a Saturday, as the times on the website state that their CS line is open. I called, and their automated message stated that they were closed that day.
Later on that week, I got through to their Customer Service Department to cancel my order, and the $150 was credited back to my account.
Three weeks later, I received an email confirmation that they have shipped the order that I had cancelled.
When I called their CS line again, all they could do is apologize and tell me to refuse the package.
BEWARE of a potential huge Inconvenience with skinstore.. they seriously need to get their customer service and orders together.

I took a leap of faith and ordered a rather expensive eye cream from Skinstore.com. I was pleased by the shipping speed and I am satisfied with the product. I ordered from them, because they had a guarantee, but I didn't have to return the product.
