product was the wrong color, no invoice included in the box, no customer service to tell me how to return the item given no return label that would have been on the invoice. poorly run online store.

A great experience. My order was filled completely and accurately. Order delivery was very quick and the site was amazing...TONS of information for skiers! Will definitely be back.

I bought a pair of Grandoe ski gloves to replace pair my wife had worn out. I decided to try Skis.com. My order was processed and sent as expected. However, was sent Men's gloves intead of Women's gloves. I tried several times to reach some one at Customer Service (well before the Holidays), but just got their voicemail system.
My wife left messages requesting a call back. We finally decided to give the gloves away as a gift, since we didn't want to pay the restocking fee indicated because they sent the wrong product. I do not recommend them.
