Awful shopping experience. Package was delivered and left at our door (so says Fed Ex) without requiring a signature. However, no package was ever found. Sleek Hair was contacted, Fed Ex was contacted, and our credit card company was contacted (which is common practice when dealing with fraud and/or theft). Sleek Hair then sent a completely inappropriate email, stating that it was ridiculous to contact the credit card company, accused us of stealing, and told us never to order from them again. There are certain, basic principles of customer service, of which this company knows nothing about. Stay away from them!

UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE

I have done a lot of shopping online and SleekHair.com was by far the worse experience I've had. The company's business practice of shipping out your order WITHOUT A SIGNATURE REQUIRED AND WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU OF SHIPMENT is horrible. Most companies send you a confirmation of shipment for you to track.

After not receiving my order but being charged for it, I contacted them only to learn that they had already delivered it. After going back and forth with Fed Ex and Sleekhair, I called my credit card company and informed them of the dispute. When I notified Sleekhair of this, they accused me of stealing from their company and asked me not to order from them again (as if there were a chance in hell). Their unprofessionalism and accusation (uncalled for) was horrifically unprofessional!

I was initially pretty worried about ordering from Sleekhair.com. I have heard of many internet horror stories and did not want to be a victim of an internet fraud. They definitely proved me wrong! I ordered my favorite shampoo and conditioner, which I cannot find anywhere Eufora.. best product ever. I had no problems ordering and after I placed my order I realized I forgot to order my leave-in conditioner. I contacted the customer service dept. and they added it to my order and I received it two days later. It was great and so convenient. I was searching for this product in my area for months and it was great that i could easily order it on sleekhair.com. I definitely recommend this site to everyone.

DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM SLEEKHAIR

Don't order anything from SleekHair. Once they get your money you can't return anything because they don't respond to phone messages or emails. I ordered a product that was advertised as semi-permanent color. It was not. Meanwhile, they won't take back a used item. I had no way of knowing the item didn't work until I tried it. On top of that there's a 20% restocking fee! For what? The privilege of being ripped-off? I went on the Better Business Bureau site and currently SleekHair has a rating of "F" which is the lowest. They have 36 complaints being handled through the BBB---they have not responded to the BBB on any of them.
The company should really be called "SlickHair" They really are slick the way the lie to and rob the consumer.

Due to my merchandise not being in stock for several weeks at another online retailer, I ended up searching for other companies to do business with. I found the product I wanted at Sleekhair.com. I emailed the company to ask if the product was in stock, and they responded that it was, within a few hours time.

I placed my order on 12/14/06. It arrived this morning via fedex. All of the products were delivered and they had taped the bottles shut to prevent twist-off in transit.

I opened the bottles and all of them appeared full.

I was very satisfied with the delivery time and ordering process found at sleekhair.com. The only thing I did not like was not being able to check my purchase status at their site, and there was no email telling me it had shipped. They do have a button at their site in which to contact CS for order status, which I did not use.

The products were competitively priced, and if I'm unable to locate them here in town (I haven't really tried), then I will be purchasing from them again when it's time to buy more.

Terrible quality control and customer service

Very poor. Would not order from them again. I ordered 2 of the same product. When it arrived I only received one. The packing slip indicated that I ordered 2 products and was charged for 2.

Their customer service phone line gives you no options to speak to a human being and directs you to send an email. I did this and have received no response.

Recommend you avoid this site because of their extremely poor service.

I usually order my hair products from another online websites. Each time I have ordered at the other websites, I have received my product, Aquage Silkening Conditioner, completely damaged due to the lack of care when packaging. The box contained nothing to support the product while it is being shipped to me.

Each time, I have notified the website and asked them to replace the product; there is not way I can use a product that is that badly damaged. No response from either website!! They completely ignored me and left me with a mess to deal with.

I was extremely reluctant to order from Sleekhair.com due to my horrible experiences, but the only place I can find this product is ONLINE! I have ordered from Sleekhair.com several times and every time my package arrives in perfect condition. It seems as though they have taken the time out to not only individually wrap the product, but also make sure that the box is adequately cushioned. This care is much appreciated as I no longer have messes to deal with!!!

I have placed several orders with this company over the past year and a half.  I have always received the products promptly & never damaged until my last order.  In my last box of products one of the bottles leaked about half of the contents.  Upon discovering this, I emailed customer service & quickly received a reply stating they would either send the replacement product at no charge or refund my credit card, whatever I preferred.  So far I have been pleased with the delivery of the products and their customer service.  I will continue to order from this company.

I ordered 9 days ago and received a tracking number which had no information AT ALL, I mean ZERO, on where the package was and when it would arrive.  I called customer service and was put on hold when the sales person could not find any info either.  Next thing I know, she says, "Oh, it's been shipped and you should receive a confirmation email with a link."  Later, I did receive an email notifying me of the shipment, but the link did not work.  I tracked the package on UPS which states it will not reach me for another 5 days.  Fast service?  I think not. So far, I am not impressed in the least.  I also found the same products for less money at beauty-mart.com.

I was a little worried about ordering from Sleekhair.com after reading the revies on here, but I decided to anyway because they are the only website that carries Eufora products. I ordered my product and they arrived three days later. Much Earlier than I had expected! I did not have any problems with the customer service. I actually did not have to contact them for any reason. I received an email with my tracking number within the next day after I placed my order. And received my package a couple days later. I am overall satisfied and will be ordering from this website again!

i ordered a ghd hair iron,when i got it i called ghd to register, the
lady told me at ghd that she could not register it, no such serial
number, i returned the item since it was a fake, they did not return my $235.00!!!!!!!! and i never heard from them, i emailed, called many times
their answer machine said that they were on the phone with other callers everytime i called, they do not return phone calls or emails!
they have an F rating with the bbb.

Terrible rip-off. Get ready for internet fraud.

I thought I'd found a great hair care product supplier. They were the only ones who had what I was looking for. I ordered on Sept. 28. They immediately sent a confirmation email. Oct 5 they charged my account. Two weeks after I ordered and a full week after they received their payment, STILL NO PRODUCT. They only responded to ONE email using the terminology of "UPS lost the tracking number." Really? Then why not tell me what your record of the tracking number is? They NEVER responded to any phone calls. The California number attached to the transaction is out of service. The Nevada number for customer service on the site is NEVER ANSWERED. This company is there to take your money and not provide the product. I'm so disgusted. If I lived in Nevada or California, I'd take the police to the address provided and retrieve my $53. I am now using HAIRCARECHOICES.COM who are WONDERFUL and got my product to me within five days of ordering. My credit card is now suspended since Sleekhair.com may try to use it for their own purposes while the banking institution investigates and retrieves my stolen money."

Great prices and fast shipping

I ordered Pureology Hydrate Shampoo and Conditioner and a few Murad skincare products from Sleekhair.com Monday 11/26 and received my package promptly on Thursday 11/29. I order from this site often because the Murad products are a great price! I have never had a problem with the company however, on my last order I had a problem with the shipping. I work during the day on weekdays and since my package was over $200 it required a signature. I had to physically go pick it up at the local UPS warehouse. I contacted Sleekhair.com and they informed me that a package of that amount requires a signature to prevent theft. Overall, I would recommend this site to everyone.
