My experience with SmartBuy glasses was initially frustrating. However, they have worked diligently to resolve this issue and I appreciate their personalized customer service.

I am not sure what the negative reviewers are talking about. I personally had great service from SmartBuyGlasses and their products are not rip-offs at all - they are the real deal. They do however have great low prices!

I have a very good experience with these guys... paid 40% off on my pair of prada sunglasses comparing with in the eyewear store... I will definately buy from them again.

I`ve ordered a very hard to get pair of sunglasses from persol,  which are not available in germany. SmartBuy Glasses offered an outstanding customer service, which always kept me informed about the status of my order and who was always reachable for questions. The price was outstanding and the delivery time, when the glasses were shipped, was exceptionally good and always underlined by detailled informations about the delivery status. Because of the longer than expected time till shipping out the glasses the delivery costs were refunded, which increased the very positive expression about SmartBuy Glasses. I`m very satisfied with my order at SmartBuy Glasses and recommend it despite the fact, that I was first a liitle disappointed because of the fact, that the sunglasses were very hard to deliver. The outstanding customer service has tranformed this disappointmennt into total satisfaction.

I was worrying about ordering online but my friend asked me to try these guys. I compared a few online optical stores and SmartBuyGlasses seems to offer cheap deals and also free shipping and a free lens care kit (great!!!!)
My Gucci sunglasses look perfect and are about half the price! I'll definitely be recommending this shop to other online shoppers!

Ordered two standard soft contacts (non-disposable)  chose this company because it was cheaper than most the others,  (although not the cheapest-thought they would ship faster than the cheapest).  Its now been two weeks and they still haven't shipped to ME yet.  processing times confusing and misleading-states it can take up to 16 working days to "processes" lenses before they ship.  That seems a little rediculous.  It's not like they have to grind lenses!

PLEASE SHOP ELSEWHERE.  The company actually operates from Hong Kong and the customer service in my experience is appalling!!  Items may appear in stock, but after ordering a pair of Tom Fords, I then received an email saying there was a delay in obtaining my selected choice!  I subsequently cancelled the order by phone, but they still sent the item a few days later, which I got the courier company to return.  After extensive attempts to obtain a refund this has not yet happened and I fear that I will not get my money back. Although I paid by PayPal, due to the extended delay in responding to my emails, I am no longer able to use their resolution centre to sort the problem out (which is unfair as the delay was caused by the company).  I still needed a pair of sunglasses for a birthday present and used starsunglasses.co.uk, who were fantastic and delivered a day later; use them instead!!

My wife really wanted these Prada Sunglasses she saw in a store for over $500, I was able to buy it from SmartBuyGlasses for under $350, saved me over $150. Their service was great and I received my order within a week of ordering it off their website and they gave me a free gift :) , special thanks to Greta who answered my queries so well. will definately buy again!

I bought one sunglasses in the website Smartbuyglasses and the product was delivered in Brazil. The customer service kept me informed for all my worries and answered my emails cause I  had never bought sunglasses by internet. The product came home safely and I very pleased with the sunglasses, the purchase, and the service. Yoanna from the customer service is very gentle.

I was initially concerned when I received no correspondence from the company so I sent an email expressing my concern and the status of my order. I received a phone shortly after from Paul about my order status and some issues they were having with sending emails to my domain name. He provided me with the tracking number and my glasses were here within two days. I am very satisfied with my glasses and the customer service. It may have taken a couple days longer then expected, but I was given a quality product at a great price.
