I would shop at Smart Momma again but don't be in a hurry for the items. I ordered items from three different merchants and recieved the first two orders within a few days but this order took over a week. I did order all items via FedEx ground service and the processing time for this order was by far the longest. I have yet to try out the device I ordered because it requires 16 hours of charging time, so I wait...

Fast! Fast! Fast! Wow! I placed my order on Wednesday, and received it on Friday. Free shipping, and a little less expensive than the exact same product at the R' Us store.
The product packaging was a little torn upon receipt, but it didn't seem like it had been opened. Maybe just torn in the shipping and handling process.
This item was a baby shower gift, so I can't say if there were any product defects yet, but I'm pretty sure it's in good shape.
