Softwaremedia.com delivered my software accurately and on time. I did not have to use their customer service so I cannot comment on that. The software that I received loaded fine, but I do not think that the packaging of it was OEM. However, the software code worked fine so I will not complain. I did not receive a hard copy of the operation of this software. I am very happy with their service and I will not hesitate to order from them in the future.

He was able to answer all of my questions about the difference of the product version I wanted from other versions. Software media was also willing to meet a competitor's lower price. The product arrived several days earlier than the promised delivery date. I will order software from Software media again. Software media is my new preferred media vendor and supplier. I brought Windows XP Home Edition on your web site you where about the cheapest on the software. Not only that I didn't have to pay for shipping which I though was great. For ship I could track the package all the way. It arrived sooner the you said it would!! I'm not sure how you make money. But I all ready have told a couple people to get there software from you guys!! Thanks Dean

Having been burnt in the past by discount retailers that sell Microsoft software we were extremely pleased with the delivered product, the efficient service and immediate shipping.

When I was looking for the right software package, I found Microsoft Office 2007 offered at a very good price (I used Nextag to compare prices).  Also, Softwaremedia.com had about the highest rating for service.   Since I received my software, I have spoken with one of your representatives named Jeremy.   He offered great help.   My only suggestion is that you include some more specific information on your website.  I could not find anywhere that this Microsoft office package was compatible with Microsoft Vista Home Premium.   After consulting with my tech director at my work place and with Jeremy there, I found out that it is compatible.   Thank you for your assistance.   I received my software earlier than the anticipated arrival date.

When SoftwareMedia says "No hassle returns," they mean it! I ordered a product, received it very promptly, discovered that I didn't need it, returned it on September 14, and was credited with the full purchase price on the 20th. That's real service. And did I mention that their price was VERY competitive? I will purchase from them again.
