I needed to purchase "Office Home and Student 2007". Internet search revealed best delivered price from "Softwaremedia.com"

I ordered the item from them. Even though, I picked free ground shipment, the item arrived couple of days earlier than I expected.

I had question regarding the number of licenses (which is supposed to be 3) as the box said "Service Desk Edition". I send an e-mail regarding the question. When I did not receive reply (may be the e-mail did not get to them?), I called. The call was answered promptly by Mark and he clearly explained the reason for box marking and that the software came with 3 licenses. I was able to install the software on my 3 home computers.

I am very pleased with quick delivery and prompt and courteous customer service. I would not hesitate to buy from them in the future.

Fast processing/shipment. However, the software is not the retail/boxed version! If you need the retail/boxed version for rebates, proof-of-purchase tags, etc., etc., this is not the place.

I contacted Customer Service which some idiot started arguing with me that 'FULL' version did not include manuals, documentation, proof-of-purchase tags, etc.

On the positive side, they have an excellent return program where they pay for shipping as well(so long as you haven't registered the software).

Good software distributor, but be aware you're only going to get a CD.

I always search for the lowest price on the net when buying software and Softwaremedia.com was the best for my needs by over ten dollars on one item and by over FIFTY dollars on the second item. I was amazed at how much I saved on my order. The Fedex ground delivery was right on time, too and was only ten bucks. No outrageous shipping and handling charges like some others have tried to use to make up for low prices. They also sent emails for each step of the order/ delivery process to keep me updated. I was able to log into my account and track my delivery from Fedex. I'll be using Softwaremedia.com quite often and I would order from them again.
