I found the software that I was looking for with little or no problem at all. The website was very easy to navigate. My order was accurate and delivered to me in a timely manner. My overall satisfaction with Software Media is outstanding job. I'll be shopping there again in the future.

I ordered Microsoft Office Pro Edition 2003 on Nov 13th. By Nov 16th is was installed.

The item was on my desk 24 hours after the order was placed!!!

I received my order promptly and think I got what I wanted. I called once to make sure I could install it a maximum of 3 times. I wanted to make sure I was ordering a retail version not OEM or AE. I left a message for industrial sales.

I waited a while and did not get a call so I called back this time for customer service. A customer service rep told me I could only install 1 time. After that the person from industrial sales returned the call and said yes I can install up to 3 times. I hope he is right.

It looks like my other retail version minus the box so I guess time will tell. Other than that I got it when they said I would and the price was good.
