We purchased MS Office 2003 Student and Teacher. The price was the best we found by far and delivery was fast. However, the software arrived in no commercial packaging and was not accompanied by instructions of any kind. When the CDs were placed in the CD drive, no automatic installation wizards of any kind were activated. It took a considerable amount of bumping around to start installation, which then told me was not fully completed due to some sort of error. I ended up launching the trial software that came on the computer when we bought it and entering the code from the back of the new software. I believe that worked, but I guess I won't be certain for 60 days when the trial period would have ended. If it works, in the end I bought a code, not software. If it doesn't I bought nothing. I would not purchase software in this manner again.
