Order was acknowledged and shipped promptly, considering the holiday season. Order was complete and as described. Did not have need to talk with Customer service since transaction went smoothly. Would shop there again.

Software Media is a great on-line store. I have never had difficulty with an order. This recent order came just as promised, quickly processed and quickly delivered and the price was good. They have a "no-hassle" return policy, although I have never had to use it :), it is still appreciated to know I can buy with confidence and be pleased with my order...AND they pay return shipping! No you can't beat that! I am very pleased!

I have purchased several Microsoft and Adobe titles from this vendor.

For each order, I have been completely satisfied, both with the price and the overall transacation.

My orders have shipped in a timely manner and there has never been an error on any order.

I have not needed to contact Softwaremedia.com's customer service department, but I am of the impression that it would be a positive experience.

Softwaremedia.com has offered me discounts for rating them online, and it my pleasure to do so. They have always keep their end of the deal and credited me in a timely fashion.

I ordered a full retail copy of AutoCAD LT 2008, and I received a USED copy. (Someone had handwritten a code on the sleeve; box had upc covered up and new stickers put on, etc) It had not been registered, but the manufacturer of the software (Autodesk) said they do not support software sold by this company.

I'm sure the product was perfectly fine, and their service was very good, but they should be honest about their products. I returned it and ordered the same product elsewhere.

I received my order on a timely basis. My order confirmation was sent immediately after my order and the product shipped the next day. I have no complaints.

I could not have asked for a better shopping experience. The order was processed and shipped quickly without any problems. The tracking info was provided in an extremely timely manner.

I love shopping at SoftwareMedia.com. The service and choices of products are great. I have never had a problem with any of the disk that I've received and their prices are AWESOME!!! Cheaper then most places I've found and they offer the high price items such as the Adobe products! Overall the choice is great, the products are great and above all the price is AWESOME, not to mention the fast and reliable shipping. You get it the day they tell you.

I purchased a Microsoft Frontpage 2003 cd from softwaremedia.com primarily because of the great price. The item was delivered in decent time based on the delivery method. The only drawback in my experience is that when I sent a e-mail requesting to know when the item would be shipped, I got an e-mail with information that was a little confusing to decipher at first. The e-mail seemed cold because it was unsigned (did not include anyone's name) and there was no explanation on when the item was shipped and the expected time of delivery.
Aside from that, the cd itself is in great condition so my overall experience was good.

This is the first time I have ordered software from Sofwaremedia.com.  The process went very smoothly and we had timely delivery of the product. I had Googled the software I wanted and this came up as one of the lowest prices. I was a little hesitant, but since this experience I will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.

After searching on Shopping.com for the software I needed, I selected SoftwareMedia.com from the vendors provided, based on their price. When I accessed SoftwareMedia.com, I found a very informative site, with a large selection of products. Their ordering process was simple, and they provided confirmation and follow up status including shipment tracking number. One negative I'd like to bring attention to was an inability to select the on-screen tracking number and redirect to the FedEx site to track the shipment. The order was shipped that same day and delivered on time.

Overall, it was an excellent shopping experience.

Delivery was as promised. Though order which arrived was slightly different.I ordered Microsoft Office Student edition. Customer service was find.
