I received my order quicker than I had expected. I did contact customer service with a question about the product that I purchased. They did tell me that my software would come in the box. It did not however.

I ordered photoshop cs2 and they sent me an upgraded version of photoshop cs2 with an old old version of photoshop. They did not let me know that they were out of stock of photoshop cs2. When I called them they told me that they sent an email and it was not their responsibility if I did not recieve the email.
They were very very very rude to me when I called them!!!!!!
This company policy is not to call you if the product that you buy is out of stock. Instead they send you what ever they think is just as good and when you call them to see why you received something else then they are rude about it.

The products are cheaper but you will not always get what you ordered!!!!!!
It is worth paying a little more money and going to a different company.

This site is great if you want the lowest price on software. I recently bought a Dell laptop and they wanted to charge me almost 35% more for the safe Microsoft Office, so I opted out of the software and bought it with softwaremedia instead. They shipped my order out the next day and it arrived earlier then expect. I'm buying all my software with them from now on.
