I needed Microsoft Publisher 2003, just obsolete, and they were able to provide this. The service was prompt and the product was exactly as described. I was grateful that this particular product was still available. I had just been to a workshop on creating websites and Publisher 2003 is very easy to use.
Also, when I tried to contact the company by phone they were available and pleasant to deal with.

I ordered Windows software from them and I received email meesage from them for every step of the process. The item was shipped quickly and I received it in perfect shape. Their communication was excellent and I would do business with them.

I upgraded from Office 2000 to Office 2003. Software Media.com offered the lowest price that I could find on the web for the Student & Teacher Edition--licensed for 3 computers if you have a student. It shipped the same day and I had it within 2 days of ordering the software. I would definitely do business with Software Media.com again!
