We needed some software fast for a project which was given to us at the last minute.  I could not have been more impressed with the help and service I was given.  We received our product next day as promised.

I needed a copy a Windows Server 2003 for an upgrade, and I needed it in a big hurry. I ordered it in the afternoon from Software Media, and the sales rep. (Tim) personally confirmed it was in stock and walked it down to the shipping department himself. FedEx took it from there and it was at the customer's door step the next morning. Software media made me look like a superhero.

And the price.... was awesome. It was cheaper than the competition with the FedEx overnight, Saturday delivery.

Software Media is a good site to get software from. The other sites do similar things, but i personally liked the shopping experience at Software media. Shipping is fast and tracking feature help if you are waiting after order submition.

My first experience buying with softwaremedia and the WORSE I have had. Since purchase day (Nov 11) I have not received tracking information about my package.Whatīs next step customer didnīt get merchandise? I tried to make contact by email and phone but any answer. I found this review site to warning about my situation and try to get help. SoftwareMedia got me an account where I can see shippment status and the status is "Shipped" but I didnīt receive any package in my address. Shipped status has keepped since Nov 14. And since nothing has change. I have bought by internet a lot of times but is the first time happened something like this

I was nervous about buying software online because it seems so many internet software stores get mixed reviews.  But I did some research beforehand, and ended up had a great experience with the store i decided to go with,  softwaremedia.com.  I ordered Adobe Creative Suite 3 Web Premium, which is just what I recieved.  I got the software at a discounted rate and shipping was prompt.

I ordered as a Christmas gift the Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007. Definitely the least expensive I could find on the net and it came in the regular Microsoft box (I saw the review where the customer said that his product was "pirated" and it had come in an envelope.) I don't believe there were any shipping or handling costs and the product arrived so quickly it made my head spin! Obviously we haven't tried it out as it is a gift, but it arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely do business with Softwaremedia.com again.
