The product actually arrived earlier than I expoected. The only "real" surprise was that I was expecting a boxed retail version; what I received was a celophaned retail copy, albeit complete with documentation, warranty card, and CD. This is all that I wanted (didn't need or want the box, as there was no rebate activity involved; if you're planning on a rebate, best check before you order to avoid any possible disappointment).

They sent acrobat 5 with an acrobat 7 upgrade. It fulfilled the request, but now I have to keep track of 2 cds instead of 1. Very minor complaint.
Also received shipment a whole lot sooner than expected.

It was a custom made computer and took a little longer than expected. They next day aired it to me as soon as it was right and so far the computer meets expectations. Hopefully a computer of this caliber will be worth the wait.

Best service I have EVER seen. I ordered the full product but after I placed the order (for Next Day PM delivery) I received an email informing that the part number was out of stock. But that they would ship the Upgrade version WITH a qualifying product. And just for having inconvenienced me they upgraded the shipping to Next Day AM for FREE. And they gave me two options for contacting them if that didn't work for me and I wanted to cancel the order.
So I got what I ordered, with FREE faster shipping, plus the extra older version of the product. I can guarantee that all future software purchases by my company will be through SoftwareMedia.com
