Sonic Electronix

Both times that I ordered from this company, they either got the order wrong or sent a slightly used/open box item (sold as new).  When trying to return the item they always charge a 15% restocking fee and don't care if the mistake was made on their end.  They also scam you into thinking that the installation accessories are free, but when you order a car stereo, they require you to call them before the shipment goes out to order said accessories at full price.  They give you some song and dance about how those accessories aren't free anymore.  Simply put - scam artists.
