  I purchased a warranty for my Stiletto radio two years ago. I was hoping it would be a valid warranty but I had my doubts, just one more rip-off on the Internet. On a haphazard whim I filed my claim with Square Trade. To my utter amazement the claim was handled in a very professional, courteous, and prompt manner.

  From the printing of the U.P.S. return label, product return and assessment and credit to my account I could not have hoped for better service. 

  The cost of the warranty was extremely reasonable and it was a relief to know that Square Trade stood behind and backed up my claim.

  What a great reliable company, I will purchase Square Trade warranty without any hesitation and know I could depend on
it if ever the need should arise, hopefully it won't .

I purchased a warranty from Square Trade Inc. when I got my phone from ebay. After four months the phone stopped working so I contacted Square Trade Inc. about the warranty. After review of the phone from them the phone could not be fixed, and they gave me a refund for the FULL purchase price I got for the phone. I'm extremely happy with my experience with Square Trade. Fastest insurance money I've ever received..no questions asked. I sent in the defective equipment and within a couple of days the money was in my hands! Strongly recommend, and I'm getting ready to purchase another warranty through them right now.

Excellent service provider. Extremely professional, responsive and trustworthy. My claim was processed in a very timely manner with effective assistance at every step. I was able to talk to a customer representative on the phone and resolve computer related issues. It was nice to be able to talk to a person not automated system. Buying insurance from this provider was a great investment, which paid off very handsomely. It was my first claim with this insurer and I was very nicely surprised about their process and efficiency. First class from start to finish!   The warranty was easy to purchase when we first bought the product from a major retailer.   When the product started to malfunction, they took my claim over the phone.  I had a shipping label to send the product to them within minutes.   They sent me emails every step of they way so I never had to guess on the status of my claim and I had my refund sitting in my Paypal account in no time at all.   The whole process was fast and professional.  Squaretrade is the best warranty service I've ever dealt with!   

Squaretrade.com?  Let me start by saying that I've always been super skeptical about insurances that deal with home electronics.  Well, not any longer.  In the past year I had to file two claims and they were resolved as easy as 1,2,3.  Yes, 1,2,3!  1. I contacted Squaretrade with my problem. 2. I shipped the item back to them and 3. I got paid!  No bull here just old and simple reliability. Go ahead, give them a try, you too will be surprised!

Very fast service and excellent customer service representatives. I am very satisfied with the way my claim was handled. I will definitely use SquareTrade in the future. My claim was handled in a very short time frame and I received my refund in less than 10 days. I was really surprised with the speed and professionalism that SquareTrade dispalyed with this claim. This was the first time I had used this company and was very impressed with the service. I will recommend SquareTrade to all of my friends and family. This company receives an A+ rating from me. A 10 out of 10. I cannot think of anything that would have made this experience any better.

I purchased a warranty when buying a used computer on Ebay. When the computer failed Square Trade quickly filed my claim by phone, e-mailed me the claim form and processed it in less than 3 days. They were great throughout the entire process and kept me updated at all stages of the process. I would recommend Square Trade to anyone who wants a no hassle warranty for products they buy new or used.

I have nothing but praise for Square Deal. Ordinarily, I don't bother with insurance on second hand items but I thought it might not be a bad idea with a camcorder, and I was right.!
After about a month, it just quit and after one phone call, Square Deal refunded the full purchase price within a week with no fuss.

I shall use them for all similar insurance requirements in future.

I purchased two warranties from Square Trade, for two NEW phones that I bought as Christmas gifts on eBay. Both of the phones worked fine when I received them, but the one for my niece quit reading her SIM card about 6 months into 2008. Motorola declined to honor the warranty, stating that the phone was actually purchased (from them) by the eBay seller several months prior to my purchase date. This seems to be a pattern among cell phone companies so buyer beware!

Regardless of my opinion on Motorola as a company, Square Trade came thru with flying colors! When I called and told them about Motorola's position, their response was "no problem". They sent me a prepaid shipping label via email and we had the phone fixed and back into my niece's hands within one week.

I cannot recommend Square Trade highly enough. If you buy a cellphone on eBay, make sure that you get a warranty thru Square Trade.

This was "for sure" the most "hassle-free" experience I have ever had with a warranty company. I must admit that I was (based on some other bad experiences) hesitant to sign up with Square Trade but I did and....I am so very glad I did!

Square Trade did everything they said they would do and...today that's a rare commodity. KUDOS!

I was hesitant at first to even buy a warranty on my printer! I thought if my printer broke it would be one excuse after another! Boy was I wrong! I called the toll free number listed on the web (I lost the warranty I was told to download an keep in a safe place) an low and behold the customer service rep said all he needed was my phone number to look it up! I explained that my printer worked from the computer but would not print from the flatbed. He told me it was not worth sending in, so they would refund me 100% of my money! I will always buy a Square Trade Warranty with any electronic device I buy from now on! Thank you! I got the money in my Pay Pal account in 3 days!

they were very helpful, they helped make sure i was fully covered for what happened to my phone, they contated me back right away and they were really polite and great. i am extremeley happy i bought a warrenty for my product with them!

"Absoluty do not use them! I filed a claim for a camera that was only three months old. Filed the claim on-line and reveived a response within a second. Sorry we can't help you. I own three warranties by them. My first claim. I will NEVER spend another dime for square trade. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!"
