I have had Square Trade warranty on more than one item. On this claim, as in the past, they were EXTREMELY polite, helpful, and prompt. When buying electronics I always look for the Square Trade warranty.

Bought very reasonably priced warranty coverage for a new phone purchased via eBay, and glad I did, since Motorola phone went belly-up after 1 1/2 years.  I took the phone to our phone service provider who confirmed that the unit was not repairable, and I reported this to SquareTrade and asked for my shipping label to send it in for confirmation.  A bit of delay was the only complaint, as it took several days for a reply and then they wanted the EXACT error message before giving me a shipping label.  After giving the additional detail they promptly emailed a label and I shipped at no cost.  Since they couldn't repair it they promptly refunded in full to my PayPal (where I'd paid for it).  Had they been able to repair it, I believe they said they'd charge for shipping back, but I don't recall for certain at this point. 

I'm satisfied enough to warranty more products with them, as the price is good and even though they try hard to salvage the merchandise they did come through. 

They are the real deal!  they do what they say they will do and they do it pretty quickly.  In fact, I have had mostly bad experiences in getting warranty stuff from everyone else, but not so with Square Trade. I have already bought several other warranties with them and have my family buying too, because they keep their word, their prices are good and when you do have a claim, they deal with it quickly and without fuss.

They have followed thur with my warranty in a timely matter, no hassles. I would definitely use Square Trade again!

Will not do business with again. Samsung slider phone lasted about 3 months of use. since the slider came apart, they automatically say it is due to improper use and will not be covered even though there is no physical damage to the phone. what a waste of time and money. they claim they will refund my $20.00 but I will not hold my breath. First time I used SquareTrade and it will be the last. Live and Learn.

My recent claim was handled with speed and courteous assistance. Square Trade made the whole transaction easy and painless. They walked me through each step of the procedure and followed up with phone calls. In fact, I have since bought two more TV'S and got warranties from Square Trade on both of them. I could have gotten extended warranties from the seller but they couldn't come near the low price of Square Trade and besides,I may as well stick with a known winner. I couldn't be more satisfied. Hope I don't have to file a claim again but it's only costing a small amount to have a secure feeling about my products.

I purchased an electronic product (refurbished) on line from eCost.com.  After 6 months the unti failed to operate any longer.  Thankfully eCost had offered a warranty for this product and I bought if for 22.00 dollars.  When I filed my claim, I honestly expected some difficulty with it.  (From dealing with other warranty companies that had always through obsticales in the way).  Square Trade was quite different, always polite, answered all my questions, and most importantly kept me informed every step of the way.

In the future, I when I make an online purchase, I will always ask for a warranty, then I will ask WHI will the warranty compnay be.  If there is a choice, I will choose Square Trade.

Great service. Once I called, everything was handled very professionally. They gave me instructions to return the product and even sent a mailing label.... that's free shipping. My warranty cost was about the same price if I had to mail it myself! Once I mailed it I was given a status of what was happening all the way till I had my monies deposited in Paypal.... Again great service. They even contacted me to see if I was having problems getting the monies from Paypal. You can't ask for BETTER SERVICE!!! 

I will always recommend SquareTrade Inc because they in order to make a claim, it is very easy and hassle free. Also, the speed of processing of the claim along with the customer service is awesome. I will be defiantly taking SquareTrade Warranty for my next purchase.

My experience with square trade has been a very good one. I had an issue with my item, the square trade warranty covered it and I got money back. The process was quick and worry free. I would recommed using square trade for all purchases on ebay.

The attention to my claim was quick and just as I had hoped. I was actually hoping that the handheld could have been repaired, but it was great having the refund applied on my pay pal account. Thank You

This is a great service that I'd not only recommend to others, but I have used several times myself. I end up with peace of mind knowing that if the item fails, my purchase is covered. I did have a problem with a phone I bought, it was quick and painless to put in a claim. Turnaround was fast and I had the money back within days. I have bought some higher ticket items and I am hoping there are no problems. In the event there are though, I will know that my purchase is protected with an excellent warranty. This has been the quickest and most efficient warranty or insurance claim I have ever had! When they say hassle free, they mean it. I was informed about every day what was happening and the whole process from beginning to end was about 1 week.
