I purchased a Square Trade warranty on a digital camera purchased on eBay. Almost a year later I had a problem with the camera, I sent it in and it was not repairable. Square Trade sent me a refund a few days later. Customer service was outstanding--kept me informed all the way through. I was very satisfied with Square Trade Inc. and will use them for any future purchases.

Great price on a warranty for a cordless phone purchased from Ebay. Had problems later and Squaretrade refunded my money with very little hassle!

I Recently had a problem with a tv I purchased and was so, glad I had purchased the square trade warrenty-There customer service is excellent They were quick with getting a return mailing label to me and excepted the return with no problems. They truley are a great company to work with and stand behind there warrenties! Thanks guys! LC

SUPER COMPANY.  Their warranties are much more reasonably priced than what you get at the major chain stores.  I purchased a 3 year warranty for less than $5 for a $50 stereo bluetooth headset for running.  It died after about a year of use. 
I filed a claim, sent them the part for inspection, and I got the full purchase price back to do with as I please.  I chose to upgrade to the newer model that's supposed to have better longevity.  Of course, the first thing I did was to BUY A SQUARETRADE WARRANTY!

Square trade was quick, easy, and professional. They make the process painless and walk you through it from beginning to end. The phone they refunded me for i bought another newer model and insured it through Square Trade again !

They are the real deal!  they do what they say they will do and they do it pretty quickly.  In fact, I have had mostly bad experiences in getting warranty stuff from everyone else, but not so with Square Trade. I have already bought several other warranties with them and have my family buying too, because they keep their word, their prices are good and when you do have a claim, they deal with it quickly and without fuss.

I am very satisfied. I returned my DVD player, post paid. and recieved my money back. It was exactly as advertised! There was no hassle or arguement. The entire process only took 3 days and my refund was in my paypal account. I have had bad experiences with other extended warranties that always seem to find reasons not to hold up their end of the contract. Square Trade did not let me down! I have bought several other warrenties with them adn I know with confidence that they will stand behind them. Do not by extended warrenties from anyone else!!! These guys are the best!!!

SquareTrade is great to deal with my son's cell phone's screen went out and they refunded the money so he could buy another one. They are fast and easy to deal with. He bought another phone and another warranty with it. Highly recommendable!!!!

lovely... I had my warrantied camera die on me last month, about 3 months before my squaretrade warranty expired.  I was expecting the worst and to be given a total run around, but instead I got really great service, my claim was handled really fast, and the lady on the phone that I spoke to was not like other customer support I've encountered elsewhere - she really knew what she was talking about, and didn't try to trick me into getting my claim denied.

Squaretrade is great! Highly recommended.
A small price to pay for piece of mind and cheap insurance. When I filed a claim for my cell phone they were more than helpful with great communication and an easy to use online claim system.

I purchased a warranty for an item purchased on Ebay.  The Ebay item was new, but did not have an existing manufacturers warranty.  That is why I purchased a Squaretrade warranty.  I paid for it, and my warranty status said approved.  I thought all was well.  I later found out that my warranty was no good, due to the product categorization on Ebay (should have been classified as used in order for Squaretrade to price the contract amount and term correctly).  Per the terms and conditions, Squaretrade can either choose to change the term of the contract, or refund your money.  Since they only cover used items for up to 2 years, most people would not know they are not covered for years 3+.  Their obligation is only to refund your money at this point.  My question is WHY DOESN'T SQUARETRADE AUDIT THESE WARRANTIES BEFORE PUTTING THEM IN AN APPROVED STATUS????  This is a horrible business practice.  ANYONE BUYING A SQUARETRADE WARRANTY FOR AN EBAY ITEM BETTER CHECK INTO THEIR COVERAGE BEFORE THE 60 DAY REFUND PERIOD IS UP.

I have had Square Trade warranty on more than one item. On this claim, as in the past, they were EXTREMELY polite, helpful, and prompt. When buying electronics I always look for the Square Trade warranty.

Friendly customer service and very efficient in processing my claim. I was able to to return the merchandise and receive a reimbursement in no time at all. I would highly recommend this warranty service!
