I purchased a Square Trade warranty after purchasing a television on ebay and within 18 months the television died. I contacted Square Trade and they were very exact in giving me the place in which to return the item. I return the item and within one week I received a refund for the television with backup emails. I call thatexcellent service. I then purchased another television and immediately bought another Square Trade warranty. Thank you Square Trade for making me feel there is once again an 'American' pride in doing business.

I purchased a warranty on a Dell motherboard  that I acquired in an ebay auction. I was offered a Square Trade warranty on the item and since it was purchased to replace a similiar item that had failed I felt it was as good idea. The second board failed after three months and I immediately contacted Square Trade.
The level of service was astounding, I was contacted immediately by Square Trade to discuss the claim, it was determined that I should return the motherboard for a refund instead of replacement. I was emailed a UPS prepaid shipping label, I packaged the defective unit and sent it back.
In five days my claim was determined to be valid and one day later I
had my warranty refund in my Paypal acount.
I had already purchased a replacement Dell motherboard on ebay again and have purchased a Square Trade warranty on that one.
I am totally pleased with the speed and level of service provided by Square Trade and strongly recommend  anyone who shops on ebay to cover themselves with one of their warranties.

I have purchased several SquareTrade warranties previously for used items I bought on eBay.  One was for a used PC motherboard going into a PC I helped a friend put together.  While he got @ 7 months of trouble-free life out of it - one day the PC simply would not start up - nothing.

After a component by component removal & testing - it was determined that the MoBo itself was not working.  So I filed my first [hopefully last ;-) ] SquareTrade claim - the process was easy - within a day my claim process had been accepted - and I was sent a UPS return shipping label by e-mail to attach to the package.  I received another e-mail when the package was received - another when my refund was authorized - and finally another when my PayPal account was credited...It was probably 1 1/2 weeks from when the MoBo initially failed to my PayPal getting credited...I've had rebate checks take 4-5 months to arrive - the SquareTrade claim process really is easy and painless!

I bought another motherboard for my friend's PC off eBay - and for sure I got another SquareTrade warranty to go along with it!

I have never dealt with a warranty company that was this dedicated to customer service. They handled my claim promptly and courteously. I would definitely do business with them again.

I was a bit skeptical about these guys but they delivered - insuring a pre owned CD changer for a 1999 jeep, which are notoriously unreliable. Sure enough the changer broke down (again) but hey they paid up allright.

I am very happy with your service. When i notified of my problem with my phone there was no hesitation on there part. Very fast and great service. I was given a full refund on purchase price so i could replace my phone. I will definately tell my friends of your company.

After purchasing a cell phone off Ebay I received an offer to purchase a warranty from Square Trade.  At first I just ignored the offer.  Then after a few days I decided that less than $12 for a year of coverage was probably well worth the peace of mind. The Warranty was very reasonably priced and easy to order.  After less than 3 months the cell phone began to have problems. Then it just quit working.  I contacted Square Trade.  SquareTrade emailed me a pre paid return postage label. Once they received the phone, they quickly assessed my claim.  Within just a few days, the full purchase price of the broken cell phone was refunded to my paypal account.  I will definitely purchase another warranty from Square Trade in the future!  This was one of those few times I actually feel I got more than I paid for.  Square Trade is a warranty company that actually stands behind the warranties they sell. My unlocked cell phone stopped working after only a few months. They told me to contact my provider to see if there was anything they could do about it. Their suggestions didn't work, so I contacted Square Trade again. They told me to send them the phone. After they received it, they refunded the cost (minus the shipping) in just a few days. It was very quick and easy, and I am very happy about it. Thank you!

The customer service at SquareTrade is great!  They didnt give me the run around like other companies and they paid for the shipping of my phone.  I'm using them on all of my future purchases. 

Great price on a warranty for a cordless phone purchased from Ebay. Had problems later and Squaretrade refunded my money with very little hassle!

Very proffesional effective and reliable service . They refunded the money for the brocken camera that can't be fixed, they didn't charge me for shipping , excellent service .

Square Trade is great in many ways. It is easy, fast, priced well and is terrific if a claim is necessary. The main thing I like is the way all of my warranties are organized online. Keeping tract of store bought warranties is near impossible. If you lose your paperwork you may have lost your warranty.

I started purchasing SquareTrade warranties for my purchased products about 2 years ago.  You never know if there will be a problem with a new or used item purchase. Recently, I had a problem arise with a printer.  I created a claim and they reviewed the claim and found that the problem could not be fixed from their end.  I was sad, but I understood.  They refunded me the amount I paid for the item purchase under the squaretrade agreement.  It was quick, painless, and overall a refreshing experience working with a warranty company who actually looks at the problem and works with you to resolve it. In just a few short days, I had a full refund for the purchase price of my printer.  The cost of the warranties through SquareTrade are very reasonable and their prompt customer service is beyond compare.  I will continue to purchase my warranties through SquareTrade because I know they really want to make their customers happy.

I would like to say this is one Company That lived up to it's Name. Square Trade Inc is one outstanding Company. From the time talking to Customer service till I got my refund. With in one week, What can you say keep up the Outstanding Job. Thanks Rich
