Wow comes to mind as I have to admit I was a little skeptical when i opted for the Square Trade warranty on my new wireless print server from Ebay!! Well lo, and behold it cratered after 6 months and I submitted my claim online. I was directed to call for further instructions and a few questions. I then shipped the item to their inspection facility and waited a total of 4 days and was notified money would be deposited in my Paypal account. Again Wow! Way to go Square Trade. i have covered my new laptop and our recent purchase of Plasma TV.

when i bid and won the DELL computer-i knew that even though the seller had a great reputation, i was buying basically something that might be a problem--not work, something needing to be fixed. i could not afford a new one, so this protection is great for a price you can afford.

I am forever a skeptic, but purchased the extra warranty on my Kitchenaid Professional mixer. Boy am I glad that I did. 1 yr and 2 weeks later, the mixer failed. After the initial shock that a Kitchenaid mixer failed, I remembered my extended warranty. I contacted Square Trade and after they asked a couple of questions, I was informed to send my unit in. They said they would make a determination within 5 working days of receit. Within 48 hours of receiving my mixer, they had determined the unit was not worth fixing. They completed the claim and gave me a full refund. I was informed every step of the way via e-mail, what was taking place with my claim. I cannot tell you how nice it was to work with a company that was courteous, quick to respond and quick to solve the issue with some of the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. I will definately repeat business with them when I purchase my new mixer. Thank you Square Trade!

This service was great! The claim was extremely fast and easy to use. I will do this again, it was well worth the investment. The claims process was handled very quickly and even when I had a question and had to call customer service they were very well trained. I had a very positive experience.

I was very pleased, customer service was very nice and helpful, after I got the call-tag from you in the email, I boxed up the item and sent it in, within a week I had my refund back to my Pay Pal account, thanks so much for the fast service. I will always buy insurance now that I know its for real.

I usually don't purchase warranties but with ebay purchases of electronics that are more than $100 I figured the SquareTrades warranty. The claim went through smoothly. I described the problem and things I tried to fix the problem with a cell phone bought on eBay.

After a few questions and several suggestions on things to try, It was decided that the phone would be shipped back to SquareTrade. I was sent an email with a UPS shipping label PDF.

SquareTrade let me know when they received the phone and after examining it sent a PayPal refund to me.

The entire transaction was easy and took hardly any time considering I need to ship it to SqareTrades.

I will definitely use them again for future purchases. They offer purchase security and piece of mind.
