Square Trade is great! They are easy to deal with and do not complain one bit about fulfilling their warranty! Their service is pleasant and prompt. I have needed to make a claim with them twice now and both times they were a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent customer service. The claim was processed within 48 hrs with no hassels.

Fast and easy claims service -- no problems with resolving my claim at all. All it took was a phone call and printing a pre-paid mailer. Then the turn-around was very quick.

Our son's laptop failed 10 months after we bought it used on E-bay. After sending it to Square Trade Inc., they quickly reimbursed us the purchase price, and we were able to get our son another laptop within days. The cost of the warrantee was very reasonable, and the service was fantastic. We have coverage for 4 laptops and a flashdrive with them now!

It's a simple GOOD news, BAD news,GOOD news story here. First the good news... Found a real good deal on a used LG dvd/vcr recorder on ebay. Bad news, after only 3 or 4 months of working perfectly fine it suddenly decided to totally freeze up, and basically turned into a 15lb paper weight. However, more good news, I had purchased  a Square Trade warranty for my newly acquired paper weight, and within just a few days, a couple of email correspondences, and a free UPS shipping label emailed to me, Square Trade  had the defective unit in there hands, and I had my full purchase price deposited back into my Paypal account. There's no doubt in my mind. Square Trade is the most sensible, and economical warranty protection out there.

I have several plans with Square Trade but hoped I would not need to use any,but as luck would have it one of my digital cameras purchased on Ebay decided not to power on.I put in my first claim online which was really simple.You just follow the directions and within a day or two you receive instructions on how to send in your item.Once it is received and inspected you get more emails updating you until your item is repaired or paid out.My claim was settled in about a week.I am very glad I purchased the warranty and will continue to deal with a great company like Square Trade.They really do stand behind their word.

I bought a Sony DCR-SR42 Camcorder after a couple of months it started to lose focus so I filed a claim. Within one day I had a response they approved my claim. Two days later I had a UPS 2nd day mailer to send it back to them. I sent it in to be repaired and it could not so they reimbursed me within 5 days the full purchase amount. I am very pleased with the Square Trade Service. I have a second warranty with them and plan to purchase a third one. I hope that I do not have to use them but glad to know they are there if I need them. What an great company I highly recommend them to anyone who buys an electronic product. Their warranties are better then the manufactures warranty that comes with your product. Their prices are more then fair and customer service does a great job following up on their claims to make sure you are satisfied with them.

The absolute best experience when dealing with an appliance failure - fast, easy and great to deal with. Much better than other warranties I've paid twice the amount - with less than half the service. Highly recommend!

Delivery speed was great, order accuracy was fine, customer service should be more available outside of current hours, but i am very happy with the overall service of the work done on my computer.

I had the best experience with square trade. I would take their warranty service again when I purchase another electronic.. The people there are very nice and understanding , as well as, quick and easy with their service. I was helped everytime I had a problem and they were awsome. I would consider the square trade team to anyone if they need a warranty on an item!!

I was very satisfied on how quickly and efficiently the customer service and repair department made a determination on my product. My refund was issued as quick which I appreciated. I was kept informed via email every step of the way which I really appreciated. I have 2 other warranties still with square trade and i will continue to get them when needed.

Bought a Wolfgang Puck pressure cooker on EBay December 2008. Shortly after that I received an email from Square Trade, Inc. offering a warranty on my purchase. I procrastinated for a while and deliberated about it, but the price was so reasonable and the claim so good that I decided to take advantage of it. Then promptly forgot about it.
I used the cooker for 8 months with no problems when all of a sudden the lid broke. That's when I remembered the warranty and contacted Square Trade by email.  The online form was alittle confusing, but I received a phone call from a very very nice lady named Bea who took down all the information and faxed me a affidavit right then. I signed it and faxed it back and had the refund for the cooker in my pay pal account less than 12 hours later. This company is great, efficient and better yet, does exactly as they promise. I just wish I could put a warranty on everything I own with this company!

What a ripoff.  Square Trade denied a claim based on a cosmetic defect that the item arrived with.  Want to get cheated? Buy one of their warranties.
