  I purchased a warranty for my Stiletto radio two years ago. I was hoping it would be a valid warranty but I had my doubts, just one more rip-off on the Internet. On a haphazard whim I filed my claim with Square Trade. To my utter amazement the claim was handled in a very professional, courteous, and prompt manner.

  From the printing of the U.P.S. return label, product return and assessment and credit to my account I could not have hoped for better service. 

  The cost of the warranty was extremely reasonable and it was a relief to know that Square Trade stood behind and backed up my claim.

  What a great reliable company, I will purchase Square Trade warranty without any hesitation and know I could depend on
it if ever the need should arise, hopefully it won't .

I purchased a warranty from Square Trade Inc. when I got my phone from ebay. After four months the phone stopped working so I contacted Square Trade Inc. about the warranty. After review of the phone from them the phone could not be fixed, and they gave me a refund for the FULL purchase price I got for the phone. I'm extremely happy with my experience with Square Trade. Fastest insurance money I've ever received..no questions asked. I sent in the defective equipment and within a couple of days the money was in my hands! Strongly recommend, and I'm getting ready to purchase another warranty through them right now.

Excellent service provider. Extremely professional, responsive and trustworthy. My claim was processed in a very timely manner with effective assistance at every step. I was able to talk to a customer representative on the phone and resolve computer related issues. It was nice to be able to talk to a person not automated system. Buying insurance from this provider was a great investment, which paid off very handsomely. It was my first claim with this insurer and I was very nicely surprised about their process and efficiency. First class from start to finish!   The warranty was easy to purchase when we first bought the product from a major retailer.   When the product started to malfunction, they took my claim over the phone.  I had a shipping label to send the product to them within minutes.   They sent me emails every step of they way so I never had to guess on the status of my claim and I had my refund sitting in my Paypal account in no time at all.   The whole process was fast and professional.  Squaretrade is the best warranty service I've ever dealt with!   

I have purchased several warranties with Square Trade and presented a claim twice.  They have been very quick to respond with information on the product and I find their prices very reasonable.

I purchased the Square trade ins. and I was very excited, but right about now I'm very disappointed in not getting my Bar code for my IPHONE replacement it's been almost 2 months and I feel I need compensation for the not having my replacement and being Overcharged on my credit card for a wrongful fee( which they correct but causing me to be overcharged on my limit, the heartache, the emotionally headaches that I have been enduring it's a bit much. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I bought a used Nintendo DS for my son on ebay about nine months ago. After eight months of use, one of the buttons stop working right. I had opted to pay an extra $10 for a Square Trade warranty. I called them up and the man I talked to was so unbelievably nice. He looked up my warranty and informed me that they would email me a shipping label right away and as soon as they received the DS they would put the money back in my Paypal account! And they did! It was so FAST I couldn't believe it. They actually gave me back every dime I paid for it. Without any problems at all! They also told me that you can buy Square Trade for any electronic or appliance purchase no matter where you buy it. I am sold on Square Trade. When you have three boys like I do, thing just get broken.

they were very helpful, they helped make sure i was fully covered for what happened to my phone, they contated me back right away and they were really polite and great. i am extremeley happy i bought a warrenty for my product with them!

Warranty claim on Motorola RAZR handled quickly and professionally.  I mailed in my RAZR with a dead LCD, and my PayPal account was credited immediately!    I have already bought warranties through Square Trade for 3 other devices.   Warranty prices are much less than the policies sold through stores.  

I bought the accidental handling insurance for my I-phone and when I washed it by mistake they did not cover it.  They said I had to have it in my hand when the accident occurred. Make sure when you make a claim for liquid damage that it is truly an accidient while you are handling the item.  I pointed out that this was not in the details of the warranty, but they disagreed. 

The warranty was cheaper than any store warranty.When my kids Zune developed a problem a filled out a claim they emailed my a return label and a about 7 days after I mailed it to them I had my full purchase price refunded back to me. Will definitely buy another Square Trade warranty for our new Zune we just purchased Great Service.

There are no words to describe such a pleasant experience. Right from the first phone call, to the refund, there was no hassles what so ever. All things should go this smooth. All conversations were courteous and intelligent. And if a assistant did not know an answer they immediately found someone who did. And talk about getting a reply back by e-mail,like lightning. I have never dealt with anyone like this. Would definetly purchase a warranty from Square Trade again.
