There are no words to describe such a pleasant experience. Right from the first phone call, to the refund, there was no hassles what so ever. All things should go this smooth. All conversations were courteous and intelligent. And if a assistant did not know an answer they immediately found someone who did. And talk about getting a reply back by e-mail,like lightning. I have never dealt with anyone like this. Would definetly purchase a warranty from Square Trade again.

I have had excellent service from Square Trade. No hassles at all. My last was with a camera that I'd had for 2 years and it ended up not holding a charge. They paid me the price I paid with no questions asked, although I had to of course send the faulty camera to them. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future. Even on HDTVs they don't exclude even normal wear & tear and offer a 5 day fix it or you get a refund. Even the manufacturers of the sets won't offer that - way too many exclusions - even dust behind the screen!

"Absoluty do not use them! I filed a claim for a camera that was only three months old. Filed the claim on-line and reveived a response within a second. Sorry we can't help you. I own three warranties by them. My first claim. I will NEVER spend another dime for square trade. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!"

The best and least expensive warranty solution out there today! I bought a Sqaure Trade Warranty for only $18 for a refurbished video card for my laptop and when it failed 6 months later I contacted Sqaure Trade and got the best service I could ever expect. I initiated a claim and was prompty contacted by a claims speacialist who guided me through the process. My claim was approved about two days after I filed and my money was refunded about five days after. I recieved a total amount of $150 back for only an intial charge of $18. What a deal! This is the best and most reliable warranty company out there today and I will use them for all of my ebay electronic purchases!

Very fast service and excellent customer service representatives. I am very satisfied with the way my claim was handled. I will definitely use SquareTrade in the future. My claim was handled in a very short time frame and I received my refund in less than 10 days. I was really surprised with the speed and professionalism that SquareTrade dispalyed with this claim. This was the first time I had used this company and was very impressed with the service. I will recommend SquareTrade to all of my friends and family. This company receives an A+ rating from me. A 10 out of 10. I cannot think of anything that would have made this experience any better.

Squaretrade.com?  Let me start by saying that I've always been super skeptical about insurances that deal with home electronics.  Well, not any longer.  In the past year I had to file two claims and they were resolved as easy as 1,2,3.  Yes, 1,2,3!  1. I contacted Squaretrade with my problem. 2. I shipped the item back to them and 3. I got paid!  No bull here just old and simple reliability. Go ahead, give them a try, you too will be surprised!

I purchased a warranty when buying a used computer on Ebay. When the computer failed Square Trade quickly filed my claim by phone, e-mailed me the claim form and processed it in less than 3 days. They were great throughout the entire process and kept me updated at all stages of the process. I would recommend Square Trade to anyone who wants a no hassle warranty for products they buy new or used.

I have nothing but praise for Square Deal. Ordinarily, I don't bother with insurance on second hand items but I thought it might not be a bad idea with a camcorder, and I was right.!
After about a month, it just quit and after one phone call, Square Deal refunded the full purchase price within a week with no fuss.

I shall use them for all similar insurance requirements in future.

Wow...with all of the sites that promise help, take your money, and then ignore you, this is a breath of fresh air.
I had a claim.....
These guys, not only answered the phone, but actually took the time to guide me through the process. Then guess what! They REALLY did honor the claim and within less than ten days, paid it!!!

I am shocked, and delighted at the same time. Great experience.

I purchased two warranties from Square Trade, for two NEW phones that I bought as Christmas gifts on eBay. Both of the phones worked fine when I received them, but the one for my niece quit reading her SIM card about 6 months into 2008. Motorola declined to honor the warranty, stating that the phone was actually purchased (from them) by the eBay seller several months prior to my purchase date. This seems to be a pattern among cell phone companies so buyer beware!

Regardless of my opinion on Motorola as a company, Square Trade came thru with flying colors! When I called and told them about Motorola's position, their response was "no problem". They sent me a prepaid shipping label via email and we had the phone fixed and back into my niece's hands within one week.

I cannot recommend Square Trade highly enough. If you buy a cellphone on eBay, make sure that you get a warranty thru Square Trade.

The warranty was cheaper than any store warranty.When my kids Zune developed a problem a filled out a claim they emailed my a return label and a about 7 days after I mailed it to them I had my full purchase price refunded back to me. Will definitely buy another Square Trade warranty for our new Zune we just purchased Great Service.

I am glad i found square trade for the warrenty of my cellphone. I had a very nice experience with square trade. starting from buying warrenty, service, claim process, and payment process, everything is very simple and fast. I strongly recommend my friends to buy warrenty from square trade.

This was "for sure" the most "hassle-free" experience I have ever had with a warranty company. I must admit that I was (based on some other bad experiences) hesitant to sign up with Square Trade but I did and....I am so very glad I did!

Square Trade did everything they said they would do and...today that's a rare commodity. KUDOS!

I discovered SquareTrade when I purchased an mp3 player on eBay. They emailed me offering me 20% off of a warranty; at first I was reluctant, but when I found out it was only about 20 bucks for 2 years on a $120 mp3 player, I decided to try it out. Well, about 4 months after I bought it the headphone jack stopped working. I couldn't hear anything out of it. I called SquareTrade, they sent me the email to print out the UPS shipping label that same day, and about 2 days after they received it I received my money through PayPal! It was amazingly fast and easy and I'm recommending SquareTrade to everyone I know! I now have two more warranties on my new mp3 player and my new phone.
