This is the second time I have had to use Square Trade warranty services on an item I purchased on ebay. Both experiences were positive, my money was returned to me when the item failed. They kept me well informed throughout the process. What more can you ask? Additionally it is much more cost effective than warranties I purchased @ Circuit City on similar items. I have recently learned I can by a Square Trade warranty on items purchased at stores so you know what I will do the next time. I have declined warranties in the past, partly due to high price, but if you buy anything electronic this is a good way to protect yourself inexpensively.

The process was fast and went smoothly. I sent my defected phone and received confirmation in every step of the way. The money was refunded to my pay pal account within days of receipt less a very minimal shipping fee and the process was easy. Square Trade Inc. kept their word and refunded me my money as promised when I purchased their insurance. Customer service assisted me every step and was very helpful and friendly. I will recommend Square Trade to my family and friends. Thank you for a hassel free transaction.

My experience with square trade was, to say the least outstanding in every aspect. They where very easy to work with, They even paid the postage to return my phone. They kept me well informed on every step of the return process. Thanks Square Trade for a job well done.( I got a new warranty on my new phone as well.)

Warranties easy to purchase and a good value. Customer service excellent when I called regarding a problem with my purchase. Return process excellent as well, and refund was promptly made.

They provide a great service, and it was easy to file a claim. I had a very unique problem with the cell phone I had gotten, and they went ahead and refunded my money for that phone upon receiving it in the mail, and they paid the postage. The person I spoke to on the phone was respectful, and polite. They asked me some simple and easy to follow trouble shooting questions, then started the claims process. I will definably use their service again.

I am a first time user.I bought an Apple 40gb Ipod from ebay and was offered the Square Trade warranty. At the time of purchase I had no idea I would be using it so soon,but the unit did not work for long before failure. I'm glad I purchased the warranty,I had no problem getting a warranty claim through and full re-embursement price. Thanks to Square Trade for offering such a great service. I am a very satisfied customer.

My car stereo amplifier failed after about a year and a half. I thought to my self "great here we go! Man am I going to get the run around with squaretrade." But thats not the case at all. Tech support was fast and friendly. My amp couldn't be fixed economically(would cost way more than the amp is worth to send it in, fix it,then ship it back) so they sent me an affidavit, I signed it, faxed it in and in less than a week I had my full purchase price refund. No run around here. I have 5+ warranties with Squaretrade and will continue to buy all my warranties through them because of the affordability and fast friendly service. Thank You Squaretrade. Very easy to work with. Quick resolution of claim. They refunded my full purchase price when item gave out a year after the purchase.

Square trade did a wonderful job. When my daughter had phone problems the people at square trade tried to diagnose the problem. When we were unable to fix it they immediatly arranged a refund. I will insure all my equipment with them in the future.

I am very satisfied with my Square Trade Warranty. I bought the warranty for pennies. They replaced the product after a year of ownership. The warranty claim was handled with wonderful speed and accuracy. Communication was stellar. I'm so pleased with Square Trade, that I just purchased another warranty for a recent purchase. I would highly recommend Square Trade to any consumer.

I bought a video card off Ebay that was refurbished. Seller indicated no warrantee but suggested SquareTrade. I bought the Sqauretrade warrantee. Video card worked for about two weeks then died. Took it to a computer shop to verify the problem. Filed a claim with Squaretrade. Was told warrantee not good until after 60 days of use. So I am out the purchase price of the video card. After further complaint, SquareTrade offered to cancel my warrantee and refund my money. Whats the use of having a warrantee if it doesn't provide full coverage.

This was one of the best online interactions I have had in recent memory.

I had bought a JVC MiniDV camera from eBay several months ago and the vendor offered a extended warrenty for the unit. I was skeptical on how well this would really work but it was cheap enough that I decided, why not?

After 6 months or so, the camera decided to zoom in all the time on it's own. Nice.. seems to be a weak spot of this type of camera but I decided to test Squaretrade and file a claim for 160 bucks.

I was pretty worried that things would not work as they claimed it would. But, without too long of wait, I had a decent and helpful person helping me on my claim. Once I shipped my dead MiniDV recorder back to the SquareTrade, it was just a few weeks before I was sent a notice saying that my money was in my PayPal account. I had several emails prior giving me notice about the shipping of the unit, it arriving and so on. All in all, it was a painless experience and I was quite satisfied with the outcome.

I have never dealt with a warranty company that was this dedicated to customer service. They handled my claim promptly and courteously. I would definitely do business with them again.

Really great to know that I can get a used/refurbished/new product at eBay and not regret the decision 4 months later. My recent experience with Square Trade involved a Hewlett--Packard digital camera that was bought on eBay brand new. The zoom lens malfunctioned and I sent it to Square Trade, per their request, as they evaluate the item for misuse or abuse. They gave me a full refund for the money I paid, less shipping charges and this was all accomplished inside a week.

I won't buy electronics without their warranty. I bought another digital camera this time with the refund money and also another warranty. Their warranties are so inexpensive that it's certainly not worth going without it.

I absolutely would recommend this service to anyone who buys auction electronics. As I understand, they cover other electronics purchases as well.

Each step took longer than expected or that Square Trade indicated it would. The packaging took over an extra week to arrive. I received an email that seemed to indicate that my item was being repaired. After twice the indicated time had passed I had to inquire to find out what was happening.

Customer Service was excellent once contacted they settled my claim for the full amount. No shipping costs were deducted, I guess as partial compensation for all my waiting.
