I ordered a couple of teak bar stools, they were delivered sooner than I expected. One stool had a flaw, they replaced it - no problem. Customer service was great, a painless experience.

The problem was that I was surprised by the chairs having half-round bottoms on the legs. I had to try multiple ideas about how to make them flat in order to attach felt to them (to minimize scraping). I wrote to the company looking for ideas, but got no response. Read more
