defective product, no fix

Purchased replacement battery for canon digital camera about a year ago. Battery did not hold charge well since purchase and quit altogether about a month ago.
The store refused to replace its defective product.
Yes, the warranty was expired but you'd still hope they would go the extra mile to satisfy the customer.

Wow! Thank you Sterling and FedEx! I only ordered yesterday and today my order is in my hands! ...and, it's the week before Christmas! I ordered a few things from some other companies at about the same time yesterday and I'm still trying to get tracking numbers from some of them. One company's tracking page still says "processing." Sterling was fast and easy!
And, oh yes...that fast shipping was FREE!

NEVER use this so called business. Never received product. Tracking number they provided, not valid. Called and was told they would priority mail another.... never received that either. I keep being told to call back tomorrow to speak to the person that can refund/re-ship.

Incompetent customer service

I ordered some camera batteries from SterlingTek about three weeks before I needed them.
SterlingTek sent the wrong batteries. I had ten days before I needed them. I notified SterlingTek. Instead of sending the correct batteries out right away, they demanded a confirmation number from the post office. I sent them the number.
After a week nothing arrive. I again sent them a note asking where my batteries were. Then next day I got an email saying they'd just sent them out.
They waited until I pestered them. The batteries will get here too late for the intended use -- if they ever arrive and if they are the correct batteries.
Terrible response to their own mistake. I won't order from thema gain.

A disastrous and bothersome experience!

I bought a product from them on 03/13/2007 and they sent me a wrong item. Then:
1 - I sent the wrong item back to them;
2- They didn't send the correct product to me yet according to our agreement (today is 05/25/2007);
3 - They didn't refund my return shipping of the wrong product back to them (as promised and as it was supposed to be);
4 - They don't answer to my e-mails;
5 - And they simply don't care.
Just after several weeks they returned my last e-mail message (maybe because I said I was going to post bad feedbacks about them on the Internet?) and effectively just said they "will be happy to refund your item price" and that's it - no refund on the first shipping, no refund on the return shipping back to them and no replacements (as expected).
Too much double talk and no action. Issues still unsolved.
In short: a disastrous and bothersome experience!

Speedy delivery. Great Customer service. I was very impressed with how my order was handled. Great would shop here again. Great Prices!!!! Site was easy to figure out, very painless. Called them with a question and customer service was great. Couldn't ask for a better company with better prices. Got battery and work just as well actually better then the original Canon battery.

Bad customer service.

I have a very bad experience with SterlingTEK. I ordered a digital camera battery on Dec. 22, 2004 but have not received it until now. Their customer service does not serve customer at all. I made several calls. Some said that they would send it by next-day FedEx. But others said that I have to wait. When I tried to canceled the order, they said I can only return it after I received it, which will be never happen, I think.

I bought a CB-2LT Battery Charger. Ordering was easy, the website was simple to use. I got my order confirmation and it was followed shortly thereafter by the shipping notification complete with tracking number. My merchandise was delivered a few days later. It doesn't get better or easier!
