Be careful about their seemingly generous 30 day return policy. I ordered the Combi Cosmo Travel System from Strollers.com and was initially pleased with the price and free shipping. However, the Combi Shuttle infant car seat base could not be secured properly and remained loose in both my Honda Accord and Volvo S60. I don't think it's due to my incompetence because we ended up buying a Graco Snugride which worked great. I tried to return the product but quickly learned that it would economically more feasible for me to keep it instead. First, Strollers.com will charge me $24 for the "free shipping" since I'm returning the product. Second, I will have to mail the travel system back to them on my own expense. Went to UPS and was quoted a price of $80 for shipping. It turned out the $24 is a special corporate rate which I, as an individual consumer, am not eligible for. Hmm, if it's going to cost me over $100 to return the travel system, I guess I won't be returning the item after all. Brilliant strategy by the company to prevent returns. Should have purchased it from BabiesRUs instead which has a great return policy.

Ordered a schwinn bicycle trailer from Strollers.com. The sent me a double strollers instead. I refused shipment and contacted the company and they said a replacement item would be shipped immediately. After a week, I called back and was told my original item was out of stock for at least two more weeks

customer service was exemplary. I received an email that the stroller was not expected to ship for more than 14 days and was that ok. if not, I was offered to contact them for an alternate selection or cancel the order. I was about to cancel the order when I learned through another email that the stroller was shipped with expected delivery in 4 days! I was surprised and happy with this notification. The stroller was exactly what we wanted.

Though the web page indicated that all products were in stock when I ordered them in mid-July, they were not. Delays have caused an early October delivery date and I have cancelled the order.

The website was not as easy to maneuver as some. If I didn't know exactly what I was looking for, I might have missed it. It was a little frustrating that the particular stroller I was looking for was backordered and I had to wait for a couple of weeks to get it.

The web site promised same day shipping on this item. After 3 days and 2 phone calls it still hadn't shipped so I cancelled it. I asked the manager to ship it blue because they did not live up to the web iste promise and he refused.
The entire experience was a big waste of time. I would never shop from strollers.com again and I tell others not to use them also.

I thought the website was easy to use. I am not really happy about the quality of the stroller that I bought. I feel I could have bought a higher quality stroller for a cheaper price then what I thought I was purchasing. The website was laid out nice and it was easy to use. My only complaint is the quality.

I got my order within 3 days from purchase online just before x-mass. Befor ordering from this company. I had ordered this product on line from another company and it took them 3 days to tell me they were out of stock.
The service was great. I will defitely order from this company again. And the price was better.
