I find the site user/buyer friendly. I got updates on how the transaction is going along. The CD arrived within a few days in well padded envelop and in great condition. I'm a satisfied customer!
Do not be fooled by the lower price on some items. They have hidden fees and over-priced shipping costs. They charged me $6 more than my original confirmed order, but you cannot pull up your order on their web-site to review it. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get the charge taken off. Horrible customer service. You can only contact them through e-mail. It took me several attempts and I was given different information by different people. There is no way to track your order so you have no idea what the status of your order is. You will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee on anything that you return. They hide behind their policies which are ridiculous. It used to be that the customer was the one who was supposed to be pleased. This company does not care about the customer. Buyer beware!

Pathetic! Unable to track order through site. It took THREE e-mail customer service requests to finally be told (days later) that item was lost in the mail. I am still not sure why shipping is included in price if the company is unable to track packages. I am guessing the order was never processed in the first place!

Ordered dvds; were shipped/rec'd quickly after order was placed. Although some damage to box during shipment, dvds were fine. SuperDuperClub even offered to replace items, but since they were fine I kept them. Good turn-around time on e-mails. Very satisfied with purchase.
Must improve 100% your customer service and tracking system. Customer service answer my question 24 hours later, and the tracking system in the whole shipping process, never worked!
