The speed of SuperDuperClub.com delivery was very, very slow(A turtle could have delivered it faster). Despite b eing really slow it gave me the wrong game. I asked for Medabots but got megaman! My overall satisfaction with SuperDuperClub is extremely unpleasant. My order is missing. I ordered the ups 2day shipping and it is over 3 days late. When I contacted the customer service on Friday, I didn't get a response until 2 am on Saturday and it is convienent that the shipping dept. is closed on Saturday. The tracking number given to me by them never worked, so what good is it. I will never use it again. I am cancelling my order and contacting my credit card company and disputing any charges.

The worst online company available. I ordered a video game controller and received an email conformation on May 9th that my order was being shipped out on that date, with FedEx 2 day service I payed extra for. Today is May 17th and nothing has come nor has anything been sent from Superduperclub. My tracking number says that data was transferred but no package actually shipped by this Super Pooper Club. Customer service is absolutely horrible, the worst in the business, go ahead try 'em out i dare you.

The speed of the delivery was good, unfortunately, I only received 1 of the 2 items that I ordered. There was no explanation on the invoice, and the 2 e-mails that I sent to SuperDuperClub.com have still not been answered. If I don't get an answer soon, I will have to cancel the part of my order that I did not receive, and then purchase it elsewhere. If I have to do this, I will no longer patronize SuperDuperClub.com As of right now I am very disappointed in every aspect of my experience with this company. You would expect customer service to reply a lot faster than they have when there is a problem, and there is no phone number listed on their website to call in case something like this occurs.
The price was right, BUT even though they told me the video was shipped on November 2nd, on November 16th only in response to my email they now say it's backordered.
Great price is NO GOOD if they don't have the merchandise and hang you out for two weeks, while you wait for the video to arrive!
