Very Good, I had never heard of SuperDuperClub.com before. I was searching for a DVD box set online and they came up as the cheapest. I have read some reviews of people that had used the web site, and thought I would give them a try. I was very pleased with the service. I got an email to confirming my order the same day I ordered. The next day I got an email telling my package had been shipped 12/1/05 (I had chosen USP 2-7 Days Ground Service). I received my package on 12/5/05. That was only business 3 days. I would purchase again from SuperDuperClub.com and will tell anyone I know to do the same.

I buy discounted DVDs on line all of the time and I'd never heard of SuperDuperClub. I decided to give them a try based on a search engine's recommendation and I was so glad I did.They had an extraordinary inventory,low prices and promised super fast shipping. I was a bit nervous at first thinking it must be a scam because you can't get all of these good things in one place. Wrong. The first part of my order arrived in three days! The second,two days after that and my third 4 days after that (following a holiday).I am so impressed that I will definitely look here again before I look anywhere else.
I placed two orders - the first was for a dvd and it was, alas, cancelled because my CC didn't go through (duh!). I was notified right away by email of the problem. When I'd rectified my $ issues and placed another order all went well. It was easy to find what I wanted, easy to place the order and I was notified promptly of both the original problem and the subsequent success.
Just put in an order for something else at a different site and it was a very unpleasant experience.

I discovered SuperDuperClub through PriceGrabber.com while browsing for the best price on a DVD. Bought two titles through SDC and I'm highly pleased at their quick service and excellent prices. I only have two complaints about their website. They need to have as much detail about a product as Amazon.com does for their merchandise, especially photos. When it comes to DVDs, there is only the basic info. on the title. No detailed data on the supplementals, video aspect, sound settings, synopsis, etc. These are essential for someone to look at before a purchase. Other than these two criticisms, I will definitely continue buying DVDs, and maybe other items, from SDC in the future.
I ordered a Speck Toughskin case for my new iPhone 3GS. I was excited when I stumbled across SuperDuperClub.com's website. This forty dollar case was selling for just twenty bucks - I bought it immediately. I ordered it Sunday night at around 11PM, it arrived wednesday morning. Correct item, factory sealed (even included a screen protector that I understood this case did NOT come with, so bonus), and without any damage whatsoever. Very happy with the prices, and delivery process.
That being said I specifically ordered Priority Mail Shipping through USPS. It arrived UPS Ground. I'm sure I got charged more, I will have to check - but at this point it's fruitless to fight it. I still got it cheaper than if I had driven forty miles to the city to buy it at $40 Retail. The only other complaint I have is that tracking information on shipping was never availiable. Worrysome, indeed, with so many negative reviews.
My experience was not half bad. I'd shop there again - if the price was right. I have zero loyalty to any store, I go where the best deal is.

All in great condition, packed well and exactly what I ordered. Would I recommend it to my friends? Absolutely! Will I use it again? You bet! My only criticism lies within the price of the shipping,for such light objects (mostly DVD's), I feel as though I was over-charged and in the end did not save too much over what I would have paid at Best Buy. Well, it's not a bargain if your items don't arrive.
It's possible that another warehouse is supposed to send along the other DVDs I ordered, but the "Tracking" information is completely unhelpful. It gives you a tracking number and nothing else: Not a "Date Sent," not even identification of what is being shipped or from where.
Most of the online shopping places I used do a much better
job of keeping me up-to-date on the status of my order.
Even if the rest of my order finally arrives, I will not
be returning to SuperDuperClub because it is so
negligent about providing consumers with this essential info.

My experience with SuperDuperClub.com was satisfactory. I wouldn't say it was great only because of the length of time it took my order to arrive. To their credit they did state that it could take 3-19 days and my order took 18 (not counting Sundays). Also, it was during the Christmas season, but I started to get nervous when 6 days before Christmas I had not yet received my order. It was also a little frustrating because it was sent through the postal service and I was given a tracking number, but it did me no good whatsoever. On the day my order arrived at my house the tracking information still said that the post office could not confirm that they even received my package for shipping. So the tracking information was useless. Overall, however, SuperDuperClub.com's prices are hard to beat and I would probably order from them again in the future.

Overall I am very unimpressed with the SuperDuperClub. Their prices are cheap on the site to lure you into high shipping rates. If you compare the cost of purchasing the movie from the SuperDuperClub vs another company with free shipping your item can actually cost more.
On top of poor shipping rates the SuperDuperClub just automatically sends out your order via UPS. So if you pay for priority or overnight your order always is shipped via UPS ground. Getting a credit back for this shipping difference is also very difficult.

My only complaint with this site is their lackadaisical shipping. I ordered a DVD on 12/14 that was supposed to arrive in 3 - 7 business days, anywhere from 12/19 to 12/23. When I checked on the UPS website they show expected delivery of 12/27. Surely a web site like this knows that orders placed in December are for Christmas presents!

Experience overall was good, except for some issues with the selected shipping method. I selected Second Day Air UPS and paid for it $11.99 and when item shipped it was using regular USPS Priority Service, after a few emails company claims refunded the difference, I'm waiting for that since apparently refund done on 100405 while sale was placed on 092805. I would buy again, obviously selecting the regular USPS if anyway it's going to be shipped that way to where I live at. I think that the service could be improved by having the company take action and offer solutions for problems, in my case I had to explicitly request a refund for the difference in shipping costs on the 3rd email I sent , the company did not do anything prior to my explicit request for the refund (even if politely implied in last 2 emails I had written to them). More initiative that would be the word to describe what this company or it's representative lacks. REMEMBER: CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST!Word of mount does count!

Ordered Final Fantasy w/ hard drive, I read reviews and knew I was taking a risk, but for $20-30 less then other places were charging I was willing to take it. Lucky for me I got the item and fast.
Sadly When I tried to contact "customer service" I was never sent a reply, nearly 2 days later. This and combined with the fact their site is very sloppy, and the way they seem to do things is a bit shady (no refund for postage if they send you wrong item ect). Also very few ways to contact, no phone number, and dont seem to check their e-mails.
This company scares me, and i'd advise to stay away, but my transaction was smooth.
My overall satisfaction with SuperDuperClub is extremely unpleasant. My order is missing. I ordered the ups 2day shipping and it is over 3 days late. When I contacted the customer service on Friday, I didn't get a response until 2 am on Saturday and it is convienent that the shipping dept. is closed on Saturday. The tracking number given to me by them never worked, so what good is it. I will never use it again. I am cancelling my order and contacting my credit card company and disputing any charges.

I ordered a video game controller and received an email conformation on May 9th that my order was being shipped out on that date, with FedEx 2 day service I payed extra for. Ordered a DVD box set to be sent via USPS Priority. In short. . . order never arrived and was never trackable through their web site. Contacted them after about two weeks via e-mail. They got back to me after a few days saying that the order apparently had been "lost in the mail" and that they therefore were canceling the order and crediting my credit card account. No offer to resend or in any other way get the DVDs to me.
No means of knowing whether they'd actually ever shipped the order, but I think that if they HAD shipped it they would have offered to ship another one. As it stood, they were already out the cost of the DVDs that they'd shipped. Why not ship me one that I'd actually receive and, in the process, obtain a happy customer?
Not a thrilling experience and won't shop with them again.

They blame it on the Post Office and have not offered to resend the game. The Post Office on the other hand says that they have never scanned the item anywhere and that the only information they have on the item is that an electronic shipping label was printed. They do respond promptly to their e-mails but never offer a solution. They just want me to wait. When I stated that I was going to file a claim with my credit card company they threatened to send me to a collection agency. Nice customer service don't you think? I will never do business with this company again!

This site has some great prices. However, if you need to return an item, it is an absolute nightmare. It took over two months to receive a replacement item, and the customer service does not return e-mails (no phone number is provided, so everything is over the e-mail). I will never buy from them again, no matter what the price. The hassles and headaches were not worth the 10 dollars that I saved.

I ordered two videos for my son from SuperDuperClub.com. When the movies arrived, they were the incorrect items - NOT what I had ordered! I was told by Mike in sales that, "We will reimburse your credit card account for the USPS Media Mail cost to return the items to us.". So I sent the items back. I was then contacted and told that they didn't even HAVE the videos I'd ordered - and they credited me back my original charge for the videos....but NOT for the additional costs to me for returning THEIR mistake! After several attempts to contact them in email, I finally received a response (from Mike again) stating, "We already credited your credit card in compliance with our Refund Policy. We can not issue any additional credit." What? Didn't he already promise, IN WRITING, that THAT is exactly what they would do?
Don't order from this company!!!!! They don't honor their customers. They don't keep their word.
The order was placed on Nov. 29, my credit card was charged on Nov. 30, I received an e-mail from superduperclub on Nov. 30 stating my order was shipped. I paid extra for priority mail I checked the tracking on this order on Dec. 8 because I Have not received this order and found that the order was shipped Dec. 7. I had also e-mailed them with a question about the product on Nov. 30 and as yet not heard back from them. Not very satisfied with this store.

On December 6, 2004, I ordered an XBox game and was told I would receive it in 3-5 days. After two weeks, I sent them an email, to which they replied a week later stating that it was out of stock. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I sent another email after Christmas to which they replied that it was on its way. So I thought I could give it to my daughter for her b-day, which is Jan. 26. I sent another email around the 10th of January, to which they replied a few days later that they didn't have the item and were removing my order. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with online, and I will NEVER shop with them again. What good are the great prices if you can't even get your order!

It was easy to place the order, and they charged my credit card right away, but the delivery was about 2 months late, and the dvd arrived with scratches on it, and it wouldn't play in my dvd player. I sent it back to them at my own expense, and asked for a replacement or a refund. They said they no longer had the item in stock, and offered store credit instead of a refund, and no reimbursement for my shipping charges (both ways). I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company now, and I will NEVER use these jerks again.

The speed of the delivery was good, unfortunately, I only received 1 of the 2 items that I ordered. There was no explanation on the invoice, and the 2 e-mails that I sent to SuperDuperClub.com have still not been answered. If I don't get an answer soon, I will have to cancel the part of my order that I did not receive, and then purchase it elsewhere. If I have to do this, I will no longer patronize SuperDuperClub.com As of right now I am very disappointed in every aspect of my experience with this company. I was ALMOST getting ready to purchase an item and the shipping charge was OUTRAGEOUS! $30 to ship a small item via regular mail... that's how they were getting their $ back. Delivered wrong item quickly, order was inaccurate, customer service not helpful when it is their error, I have a dissatisfied nephew who did not receive H. Potter DVD set.
For some reason, my package was not delivered and vanished after a couple days of tracking. Instead of offering to replace my package, SuperDuperClub just said 'tough luck' and said the loss was not their responsibility since they had proof that the package had been shipped, even if it never arrived.

I placed my order on August 27th, got an email 2 days later that it had shipped. I picked USPS to save some money. It said I would have it in 3-19 days. Today is the 19th day and I still don't have my xbox live subscription card. I used the tracking number on usps.com and it says "electronic shipping info received on September 2." First, the item I was sent was not the same as what the description was on their website. When I tried to rectify this, the company told me I would have to send it back and pay restocking fees and additional shipping! They also said it wasn't their fault the website was wrong. Sounds like false advertising to me! Second, the person I dealt with (via e-mail since they don't list a phone number for customer service) was not very accommodating or professional. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Chamber of Commerce about this vendor and encourage other people to not shop at their site.

THIS MERCHANT IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF. I ordered from them because they claimed to have the merchandise (Nintendogs 3)in stock, while it was sold out everywhere else. My shopping experience with SuperDuperClub has been a nightmare. The fact that you will not be told if an item you are ordering is out of stock until AFTER you place your order is ridiculous. Especially with their policy that you cannot cancel any order! Therefore, I have one Christmas gift for my daughter not arriving till only God knows when. My second order was two seasons of a show and I have received only one season with no notification of when I might receive the second. I would not recommend anyone who is used to the most basic of customer service to use this business. Add the fact that you will never receive a telephone number to talk to a live person just adds to the frustration.

My order arrived in a timely fashion( a multiple CD set) but I found that several of the CD,s were defective. I tried to E Mail their service Dept about ten times over a two week period, but all of the E Mails were returned as undeliverable. The company has no phone # on their Web site( they actually brag about that!) . They have a 30 day return policy, but since you have to contact them by Email prior to returning an item, they have in fact a NO RETURNS policy. Don't trust these people.

When I inquired about the "mistake", they informed me that it was my responsibility to "know" that they only ship USPS to Hawaii, and they couldn't help me....It's been forever and I still haven't received my order, but they received my $$ via my credit card!!
Bottom line....don't use this company...they're not that much cheaper than others online, and their customer service SUCKS!! Pay the extra buck and go with someone else!!

As noted in earlier comments, the service is horrible. I have tried to track my shipment that I ordered 5 days ago on their website and I am told no tracking information is available. I wrote them an email last night asking if my order will be shipped soon, or I would have to cancel my order. They wrote back saying they canceled my order without any other information. Low prices are not worth not having your item shipped to you!
Horrible from the get-go. I was excited to find the InvisibleShield for the iPhone on sale for $12 (it's usually around $24)... I checked out their customer service page which said shipping was around $4. I ran through placing my order pretty quickly (it was 3:00am), and after I completed my order, I realized that they charged me $14.99 for regular shipping (FOR A 2oz PRODUCT!). I emailed them asking why the shipping was so expensive and asked for them to cancel my order if it was going to be that much, and I haven't heard back from them. AWFUL.

Do not be fooled by the lower price on some items. They have hidden fees and over-priced shipping costs. They charged me $6 more than my original confirmed order, but you cannot pull up your order on their web-site to review it. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get the charge taken off. Horrible customer service. You can only contact them through e-mail. It took me several attempts and I was given different information by different people. There is no way to track your order so you have no idea what the status of your order is. You will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee on anything that you return. They hide behind their policies which are ridiculous. In a word, abysmal describes their customer service. I placed an order for an item and then found the same item at a different site for a lower price. I tried to cancel my order, but there was no order number included in my receipt, which is something they emphasize. The only time I received an order number is when they told me the item was shipping, which meant, of course, that it was too late to cancel. It will take something bordering on the miraculous for me to ever shop with them again.
I placed a DVD order on June, 8th. I fell for the price and this was one of the few sites that said it would ship right away. My card was charged immediately, about 6-7 days letter my card was credited back. Having not received any emails I emailed them(because you can't call them) asking why and heard got no response. I placed my order at another co. and received it in a week. Well today August 6th. my card was charged for the movie! TWO MONTHS LATER! I emailed the company and received a very rude and unproffesional email. They won't let me cancel the order and I will have to pay a 20% restocking fee to return it, less shipping and handling both ways!!! I may as well keep the $20 DVD because it will cost me that by the time I am finished with there process. They got me this time and won't ever again. Don't fall for the low price.

SuperDuperClub had an EEEPC 1005 for $342.99. I ordered it on 6/24. I checked daily for a status and none was ever listed. I emailed 'Mike' and he said he would look into it (two days ago and I never heard back).
Today (7/2), I looked and noticed that the order was listed as having been cancelled. Again, I never received any notice about status, much less cancellation.
I also notice that the listing for the same PC shows it as $412 so I assume they want the extra $$ at the loss of my business.
The price was right, BUT even though they told me the video was shipped on November 2nd, on November 16th only in response to my email they now say it's backordered.
Great price is NO GOOD if they don't have the merchandise and hang you out for two weeks, while you wait for the video to arrive!

This was one more example of caveat emptor (buyer beware). I paid extra money for faster shipping and was told that because some of the items were coming out of warehouse A instead of warehouse B, they would not be covered under the faster shipping method. I do not understand why they made THEIR logistical issues MY problem, but this is apparently the sort of organization that is unconcerned with customer satisfaction. I am going to report this incident to the Attorney Generals Office and the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.com) to try and warn people that there are other, better shopping sites on the web.
