Ordered dvds; were shipped/rec'd quickly after order was placed. Although some damage to box during shipment, dvds were fine. SuperDuperClub even offered to replace items, but since they were fine I kept them. Good turn-around time on e-mails. Very satisfied with purchase.

I found the game i was looking for, it was in stock and affordable. I compared this site to another and although the price for the game itself was cheap the shipping was way out of hand. also i like the variety of shipping options they have at your service. The game just came out recently and i didn't have to wait, it was in stock and shipped the same day.

I discovered SuperDuperClub through PriceGrabber.com while browsing for the best price on a DVD. Bought two titles through SDC and I'm highly pleased at their quick service and excellent prices. I only have two complaints about their website. They need to have as much detail about a product as Amazon.com does for their merchandise, especially photos. When it comes to DVDs, there is only the basic info. on the title. No detailed data on the supplementals, video aspect, sound settings, synopsis, etc. These are essential for someone to look at before a purchase. Other than these two criticisms, I will definitely continue buying DVDs, and maybe other items, from SDC in the future.

I ordered a Speck Toughskin case for my new iPhone 3GS. I was excited when I stumbled across SuperDuperClub.com's website. This forty dollar case was selling for just twenty bucks - I bought it immediately. I ordered it Sunday night at around 11PM, it arrived wednesday morning. Correct item, factory sealed (even included a screen protector that I understood this case did NOT come with, so bonus), and without any damage whatsoever. Very happy with the prices, and delivery process.

That being said I specifically ordered Priority Mail Shipping through USPS. It arrived UPS Ground. I'm sure I got charged more, I will have to check - but at this point it's fruitless to fight it. I still got it cheaper than if I had driven forty miles to the city to buy it at $40 Retail. The only other complaint I have is that tracking information on shipping was never availiable. Worrysome, indeed, with so many negative reviews.

My experience was not half bad. I'd shop there again - if the price was right. I have zero loyalty to any store, I go where the best deal is.

Great prices on the items I purchased (two PC video games for my hubby).  Good communication from the merchant by way of e-mail.  I'd perfer to be able to login to my account on their website to see my order but they do offer the ability to track it via their website.  The order was delivered in a timely manner.   I did not have a need to contact them so I really can't rate their post sale support.  I would feel comfortable recommending them to a friend though based upon this "no problems" experience.

It was okay. However the shipping quote that I was given initially via Shopzilla was $2.99 and the actual shipping cost to me was $7.95 which was very misleading. I almost declined my purchase because of this bait and switch.
