So far, I haven't been too impressed--- of course this COULD be the fault of the post office.. which is highly likely. Anyway, I placed my order on the 6th, it shipped on the 8th... and here it is.. the 28th- No package- I emailed the postal service yesterday, so hopefully they'll get back to me soon-- I would have emailed the "super duper" club, but they only have an email address for "sales"--- I guess i could email them too--- I'm sure it will get here soon--

Ordered Final Fantasy w/ hard drive, I read reviews and knew I was taking a risk, but for $20-30 less then other places were charging I was willing to take it. Lucky for me I got the item and fast.

Sadly When I tried to contact "customer service" I was never sent a reply, nearly 2 days later. This and combined with the fact their site is very sloppy, and the way they seem to do things is a bit shady (no refund for postage if they send you wrong item ect). Also very few ways to contact, no phone number, and dont seem to check their e-mails.

This company scares me, and i'd advise to stay away, but my transaction was smooth.

My overall satisfaction with SuperDuperClub is extremely unpleasant. My order is missing. I ordered the ups 2day shipping and it is over 3 days late. When I contacted the customer service on Friday, I didn't get a response until 2 am on Saturday and it is convienent that the shipping dept. is closed on Saturday. The tracking number given to me by them never worked, so what good is it. I will never use it again. I am cancelling my order and contacting my credit card company and disputing any charges.

The speed of SuperDuperClub.com delivery was very, very slow(A turtle could have delivered it faster). Despite b eing really slow it gave me the wrong game. I asked for Medabots but got megaman! WHATS UP WITH THAT?!? I was very disatisfied with this company and their customer service.(all this was a joke, It really was a great company to order from, hahahaha)

The worst online company available. I ordered a video game controller and received an email conformation on May 9th that my order was being shipped out on that date, with FedEx 2 day service I payed extra for. Today is May 17th and nothing has come nor has anything been sent from Superduperclub. My tracking number says that data was transferred but no package actually shipped by this Super Pooper Club. Customer service is absolutely horrible, the worst in the business, go ahead try 'em out i dare you.

order was made 12/22/05 total $96.00 after several days of confusion.From wrong email address so they could not send conformation of order, to sending package USPS instead of
UPS which i marked as how i wanted it shipped.Package was returned to them on 01/03/06 .Email from them on 01/05/06
stated that they would reship via UPS as previously directed
as soon as they recieved package from post office.On 01/12/06.Recieved e-mail stating my account was credited back minus the cost of return policy .IT COST ME $28.00 TO NOT HAVE ANYTHING.MAN I WANT A BUSINESS LIKE THAT .THINK OF IT YOU COULD PURPOSLEY NOT HAVE CORRECT ADDRESSING AND HAVE ITEM SHIPPED BACK SO THAT YOU COULD CHARGE AN UN-GODLY AMOUNT FOR COMPLIANCE ON YOUR RETURN POLICY.

Ordered a DVD box set to be sent via USPS Priority. In short. . . order never arrived and was never trackable through their web site. Contacted them after about two weeks via e-mail. They got back to me after a few days saying that the order apparently had been "lost in the mail" and that they therefore were canceling the order and crediting my credit card account. No offer to resend or in any other way get the DVDs to me.

No means of knowing whether they'd actually ever shipped the order, but I think that if they HAD shipped it they would have offered to ship another one. As it stood, they were already out the cost of the DVDs that they'd shipped. Why not ship me one that I'd actually receive and, in the process, obtain a happy customer?

Not a thrilling experience and won't shop with them again.

NOT RECOMMENDED! I Ordered a DVD on Jan 8, as of Jan 28 still no DVD but my charge card was billed 30.97. Seller said he would refund my money. Seems strange not to fix the problem and take care of the customer. Never received an explanation. Seller just gave up. I highly doubt the merchandise ever existed.

This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I ordered a video game on December 9th for my husband for Christmas. They told me they shipped it on December 12th and gave me a tracking number. As of today, January 14th, I have still not received the game. They blame it on the Post Office and have not offered to resend the game. The Post Office on the other hand says that they have never scanned the item anywhere and that the only information they have on the item is that an electronic shipping label was printed. They do respond promptly to their e-mails but never offer a solution. They just want me to wait. When I stated that I was going to file a claim with my credit card company they threatened to send me to a collection agency. Nice customer service don't you think? I will never do business with this company again!

This site has some great prices. However, if you need to return an item, it is an absolute nightmare. It took over two months to receive a replacement item, and the customer service does not return e-mails (no phone number is provided, so everything is over the e-mail). I will never buy from them again, no matter what the price. The hassles and headaches were not worth the 10 dollars that I saved.

I ordered two videos for my son from SuperDuperClub.com. When the movies arrived, they were the incorrect items - NOT what I had ordered! I was told by Mike in sales that, "We will reimburse your credit card account for the USPS Media Mail cost to return the items to us.". So I sent the items back. I was then contacted and told that they didn't even HAVE the videos I'd ordered - and they credited me back my original charge for the videos....but NOT for the additional costs to me for returning THEIR mistake! After several attempts to contact them in email, I finally received a response (from Mike again) stating, "We already credited your credit card in compliance with our Refund Policy. We can not issue any additional credit." What? Didn't he already promise, IN WRITING, that THAT is exactly what they would do?
Don't order from this company!!!!! They don't honor their customers. They don't keep their word.

The order was placed on Nov. 29, my credit card was charged on Nov. 30, I received an e-mail from superduperclub on Nov. 30 stating my order was shipped. I paid extra for priority mail I checked the tracking on this order on Dec. 8 because I Have not received this order and found that the order was shipped Dec. 7. I had also e-mailed them with a question about the product on Nov. 30 and as yet not heard back from them. Not very satisfied with this store.

On December 6, 2004, I ordered an XBox game and was told I would receive it in 3-5 days. After two weeks, I sent them an email, to which they replied a week later stating that it was out of stock. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I sent another email after Christmas to which they replied that it was on its way. So I thought I could give it to my daughter for her b-day, which is Jan. 26. I sent another email around the 10th of January, to which they replied a few days later that they didn't have the item and were removing my order. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with online, and I will NEVER shop with them again. What good are the great prices if you can't even get your order!

Ordered set of 3 CDs in Oct for a Nov release date (for Xmas gift). Credit card immediately charge. Received a single CD just prior to Xmas, emailed them & was told to return & I would recv refund. After Xmas still no contact or refund. Emailed again & was told item was shipped. Waited 2 weeks-still not rec'd. Emailed again demanding refund. Received email yesterday...Sorry, cannot refund item already shipped. TODAY IS JAN 7th!! This is absolutely ridiculous!

It was easy to place the order, and they charged my credit card right away, but the delivery was about 2 months late, and the dvd arrived with scratches on it, and it wouldn't play in my dvd player. I sent it back to them at my own expense, and asked for a replacement or a refund. They said they no longer had the item in stock, and offered store credit instead of a refund, and no reimbursement for my shipping charges (both ways). I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company now, and I will NEVER use these jerks again.
