This site stinks!!! The delivery speed was very slow, I didn't even get the right order!!! I hated this site. I will also mention that the customer service is horrible, they're rude and impatient.:-( :-(

NO RE-SHIP OR REFUND IF LOST IN MAIL

Never received item purchased! When i contacted customer service, they basically blew me off, saying that the issue was between me and the U.S. Postal Service. I was surprised to find out that they do NOT offer neither a re-ship or a refund for items lost in the mail! Buy here at your own risk!!

The speed of the delivery was good, unfortunately, I only received 1 of the 2 items that I ordered. There was no explanation on the invoice, and the 2 e-mails that I sent to SuperDuperClub.com have still not been answered. If I don't get an answer soon, I will have to cancel the part of my order that I did not receive, and then purchase it elsewhere. If I have to do this, I will no longer patronize SuperDuperClub.com As of right now I am very disappointed in every aspect of my experience with this company. You would expect customer service to reply a lot faster than they have when there is a problem, and there is no phone number listed on their website to call in case something like this occurs.

Outrageous shipping charges

I was lured by the prices doing a google shopping search. I was ALMOST getting ready to purchase an item and the shipping charge was OUTRAGEOUS! $30 to ship a small item via regular mail... that's how they were getting their $ back. I went instead w/ amazon and ordered tne product for $9 and free shipping, it was cheaper than superduperclub. Don't think I woud do any business with them.

Arrived 14 days later, although paid for expedited service. Refused to refund shipping. Three months of letters later, they said they would refund shipping but never did. Said they refunded to long closed bank account, but bank never got money. Super duper said Too Bad!

For some reason, my package was not delivered and vanished after a couple days of tracking. Instead of offering to replace my package, SuperDuperClub just said 'tough luck' and said the loss was not their responsibility since they had proof that the package had been shipped, even if it never arrived.

I placed my order on August 27th, got an email 2 days later that it had shipped. I picked USPS to save some money. It said I would have it in 3-19 days. Today is the 19th day and I still don't have my xbox live subscription card. I used the tracking number on usps.com and it says "electronic shipping info received on September 2." It hasn't even shipped yet! Never going to order from here again.

First, the item I was sent was not the same as what the description was on their website. When I tried to rectify this, the company told me I would have to send it back and pay restocking fees and additional shipping! They also said it wasn't their fault the website was wrong. Sounds like false advertising to me! Second, the person I dealt with (via e-mail since they don't list a phone number for customer service) was not very accommodating or professional. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Chamber of Commerce about this vendor and encourage other people to not shop at their site.

Very disapointing, frustrating, and unsatisfying results!

Well considering I was told that my order was shipped on Friday, Oct 13, then had to e-mail customer service a week later because I was unable to track my order online, and then got an e-mail two days later stating:
Hello,
Please note that the following items are not in stock.
ANGEL-SEASON 1 DVD
ANGEL-SEASON 2 DVD
ANGEL-SEASON 3 DVD
Since we will not be able to ship these items, we cancelled them from your order and refunded your credit card including shipping & handling. The credit should appear on your account within two business days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

I am VERY dissapointed with this website. I strongly suggest looking for a reputable online merchant who knows what is going on with their business. I am unsure how long this "order" would have been left in limbo without me prodding with e-mails to customer service.

My order for a Cd was sent to me in a timely fashion;unfortunately, it did not work. I returned it and requested a credit, I am still waiting. I don't know whether they are scam artists or incompetents.

I will never buy from them again! The worst service I have seen they combined my order on there own and still charged me for 2 separate shipping charges! my Idem's came in one box and the invoice inside only had 1 order Number on it and then refused to refund 1/2 the shipping charges! They rater loose a customer than refund $5.00 !! To top it off the outside of the USPS media mail postage was Only $1.73 for them to ship two Dvd's to me and I was charged $9.98 By super Duper Club I will for now on only buy from Deep Discount Dvd .com (Free shipping) or even amazon $2.49 for shipping.

Pathetic! Unable to track order through site. It took THREE e-mail customer service requests to finally be told (days later) that item was lost in the mail. I am still not sure why shipping is included in price if the company is unable to track packages. I am guessing the order was never processed in the first place!
