THIS MERCHANT IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF. I ordered from them because they claimed to have the merchandise (Nintendogs 3)in stock, while it was sold out everywhere else. They confirmed my order, but after that I heard NOTHING. When I checked their website, all I found was "This order is on hold." ON HOLD?????? WHAT IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN? And I never received any notification of that, either.

Now it's the day before Christmas, and I have no toy and no time to get it elsewhere. I am angry and disgusted. And what am I going to say to my son on Christmas?

I ordered a number of things from other merchants on the same day as I placed this order, and have received almost all of them already. This is a ripoff. IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER THE GOODS, DON'T TAKE THE CUSTOMER'S ORDER.

I've emailed the company, but can't even call them because they don't publish a phone number anywhere on their site.

I am never, ever shopping at this merchant again, and would discourage anyone else from doing so.

Buyer beware, read the fine print. Placed an order on 12/10 and requested expedited shipping in order to have by Christmas. Received and email saying order would ship 12/13. Nothing came by 12/20. Emailed them and was told it was back-ordered. Tried to cancel but they don't cancel orders. Still am being charged expedited shipping as of 12/31 and still no product. Nothing Super about this company.

My shopping experience with SuperDuperClub has been a nightmare. The fact that you will not be told if an item you are ordering is out of stock until AFTER you place your order is ridiculous. Especially with their policy that you cannot cancel any order! Therefore, I have one Christmas gift for my daughter not arriving till only God knows when. My second order was two seasons of a show and I have received only one season with no notification of when I might receive the second. I would not recommend anyone who is used to the most basic of customer service to use this business. Add the fact that you will never receive a telephone number to talk to a live person just adds to the frustration.

HORRIBLE! I ordered a game for the XBOX for a gift. It said it should be received within 3 weeks. Two and half weeks later I still had not received it. I then emailed customer service when I was then notified that my order was cancelled due to the item being out of stock.

My order arrived in a timely fashion( a multiple CD set) but I found that several of the CD,s were defective. I tried to E Mail their service Dept about ten times over a two week period, but all of the E Mails were returned as undeliverable. The company has no phone # on their Web site( they actually brag about that!) . They have a 30 day return policy, but since you have to contact them by Email prior to returning an item, they have in fact a NO RETURNS policy. Don't trust these people.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM SUPERDUPERCLUB.COM!! Customer Service is a foreign concept to these folks. I live in Hawaii, and ordered from this company. I chose FEDEX shipping, was charged FEDEX shipping fees, but these jokers shipped my order USPS...they charged me twice the cost for shipping.

When I inquired about the "mistake", they informed me that it was my responsibility to "know" that they only ship USPS to Hawaii, and they couldn't help me....It's been forever and I still haven't received my order, but they received my $$ via my credit card!!

Bottom line....don't use this company...they're not that much cheaper than others online, and their customer service SUCKS!! Pay the extra buck and go with someone else!!

Hello This is for the person who wrote the other review. The same thing has happened to me. They will not respond to my e-mails and I cannot find a phone number Anywhere!!!! I called the number that you gave the 909-429-0786. But the person that answered said it was the wrong number! I want to talk to these people sooo bad I am soooo mad!!!!

A straight up Con artist. It's not even worth going into the details. Just save yourself a lot of grief and shop somewhere else.

As noted in earlier comments, the service is horrible. I have tried to track my shipment that I ordered 5 days ago on their website and I am told no tracking information is available. I wrote them an email last night asking if my order will be shipped soon, or I would have to cancel my order. They wrote back saying they canceled my order without any other information. Low prices are not worth not having your item shipped to you!

Horrible from the get-go. I was excited to find the InvisibleShield for the iPhone on sale for $12 (it's usually around $24)... I checked out their customer service page which said shipping was around $4. I ran through placing my order pretty quickly (it was 3:00am), and after I completed my order, I realized that they charged me $14.99 for regular shipping (FOR A 2oz PRODUCT!). I emailed them asking why the shipping was so expensive and asked for them to cancel my order if it was going to be that much, and I haven't heard back from them.

I FOUND THEIR NUMBER. 909-429-4037 i found the number by calling the bank to dispute the charges on my card because i never recieved my movie that i bought. superduperclub.com is a bogus website and they're a bunch of a**holes .. what kindof website doesnt have a customer service number? RIPOFF ONES!.. i called the number and ofcourse they didn't answer . an answering machine picked up and i left a nasty message telling them to f*off.. do not buy anything here unless you want to pay for something you'll never recieve.. i cant believe they've been getting away with it for this long.

THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO SHOP. THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER BECAUSE MY ITEM WASN"T IN STOCK AND PROMISED THEY DIDN"T CHARGE ME BUT THE BANK TOLD ME THEY PUT A HOLD ON MY ACCOUNT FOR THE $$. I ordered a food dehydrator a week ago and they said it shipped.When I went to track it it was not there. I sent numerous e-mails and got back it was on back order and I would not be charged yet, when infact I was already charged. They then said they canceled my order and that I again was not charged but when looking online at my visa account I was charged so I am out money.

Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. Threatened to send me to collections when I said I was going to dispute the charge since I hadn't received what I had ordered and paid for...However, it looks like my order is finally on the way. Wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "COMPANY"!!

Do not be fooled by the lower price on some items. They have hidden fees and over-priced shipping costs. They charged me $6 more than my original confirmed order, but you cannot pull up your order on their web-site to review it. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get the charge taken off. Horrible customer service. You can only contact them through e-mail. It took me several attempts and I was given different information by different people. There is no way to track your order so you have no idea what the status of your order is. You will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee on anything that you return. They hide behind their policies which are ridiculous. It used to be that the customer was the one who was supposed to be pleased. This company does not care about the customer. Buyer beware!
