Although an error was made on the initial order (My fault), they were very helpful in correcting it. They were also quite accommodating when adjusting the shipping charge for multiple items.

I purchased Ahead Nero 6 Ultra Edition from Eagletronics.com. The price is the best on the net, but more importantly the service after the sale is what matters and they are by far the best I have come across. My software was damaged in shipping. I contacted the company and they shipped out a new disc no questions asked! Did not even require the original shipment to be sent back. Replacement arrived quickly (less than a week) and in perfect condition. I will be buying from Eagletronics.com again for sure. Best deal out there!!! Never heard of them until I did a search for the software. Glad I found them. I highly recommend Eagletronics.com!!!

This has got to be one of the most smoothest purchases I've ever made. The sales representatives were genuinely polite and provided me with answers to all my questions. After some pricing research on the Quickbooks these guys always came out on top. I spoke to two different sales representatives on two different occasions with BOTH representatives treating me with utmost courtesy.

After three weeks Eagletronics has not yet delivered the software. Worse, they have neither acknowledged nor replied to emails sent to their customer support desk. Would you consider five days more than sufficient time for a merchant to answer a customer's inquiry about a missing order? If so, this probably isn't the merchant for you. I can't tell if their customer service is on vacation or I've been scammed, but any company that takes payment, fails to deliver, and ignores customer inquiries, has a problem.

I was looking for the best price on Diskeeper. I Found Eagletronics.com. I order it on Wednesday and it arrived on Monday. They beat everybodys price by at least $15.00. There shipping is only $3.95. I was impressed and would highly recommend them. DLM Wisconsin

Do NOT buy from eagletronics.com! They deal in illegal pirated software!

Our office ordered five copies of WordPerfect 11 from them. We received five sets of CDs, with no original packaging or manuals, with labels that had clearly been scanned from the originals. Plus, each set had an identical serial number, printed on a plain Avery label and stuck on the back of the CD envelopes! I've rated their delivery as "Never Showed" because I never received the genuine product.

A complaint by email eventually elicited a reply riddled with bad grammar and spelling.

I repeat: DON'T waste your time or money on eagletronics!

Difficult to find product - found with little problem. Vendor took order over internet, product shipped on time, arrived in good shape - absolutely no complaints. Vendor even emailed when order was shipped - I liked that...

I have ordered from Eagletronics multiple times and have had both excellent service and prompt delivery. Although their site is not fancy wit all sorts of distractions etc, their prices are the best on most new software, even lower than ebay used stuff sometimes. I called their customer service number for a questions, and received a prompt answer.

After one month, three sets of disks, still no working program. I have received two sets of disks with free stuff, but no program. Third set of disks gave me a program but no security code to access, and I have not been able to contact them since. Since there is no way to contact them except via email, or online chat session. Online chat has only been available once in two weeks. Have sent many emails and still no response. Have asked for a refund or a set of working disks. Good Advice - DO NO BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! - Finally good news - after saying they didn't get my emails, and emails they were sending me were returned (Not a chance that this was happening) they did send me the security code to open the software. Persistence has paid off. I still would NEVER EVER EVER buy from this company again.

Don't be fooled! These guys are selling unregisterable copies of software.
Stay away.. I got ripped off.
They say there are no returns on open software, but how can you tell that you have pirated software without openning the package to try to install it.
This is a complete SCAM!

I will not buy from eagletronics.com again. Simply, they are selling pirated software. It's not OEM, overstock merchandise or whatever you want to call it. I know what pIrAtEd software looks like and that is what they are selling.

The CD came in a paper sleeve, normal for some OEM software. The disks labeled information are scanned images from the original disk. Quality of the printed information on the disk give's it away. If you bought multiple programs as I did you may notice the CD's serial number are similar. Hard to believe that different software companies are using CD's from the same batch. As I said Above, it's Pirated software. If you bought from them already and installed the software you are using stolen software. That's it in a nutshell. Don't get me wrong, I not preaching, but, If you want to sell WAREZ then sell it as WAREZ.


Also since they don't seem to have a problem selling as legitimate software, I won't have a problem reporting them at such. NOPIRACY@COREL.COM
