I have purchased my products last week. It has been more than 10 days but I have not received them yet. Maybe you could consider providing more shipping alternatives to international customers such as Fedex as I feel that they are much faster. Thank you.

Swanson own Swanson brand products are a good value and great quality. Only suggestion is the inside seal of the vitamin and herb bottles should have the pull up tab to open it like the other national brand products. Package was deliveed in two days great cudstomer service.

Overall very good. Sometimes their search engine for products does not recognize misspelled names. It should be more intuitive to help you find items. Their shipping has been historically very slow but has improved almost to the level of their competitors.

My shopping experiences have been wonderful. The quality of the products are excellent. I'm really impressed with the Signature Line Ultimate Probiotics. I've tried other products but they don't measure up to the quality of Swanson's. Quality and prices are excellent!

Some of the items were damaged in shipment, so UPS send the package back to Swanson. I appreciate that Swanson reshipped my order right away and informed me of the situation. Unfortunately, I was not provided the new tracking number, so I could not track the new shipment. The old shipment tracking number provided the old information, still listing the progress of the package as "in transit", without any indication that the order had been sent back to Swanson.

very fast service! I put the order in the computer monday night and got my order wednesday. I like that the website explains exactly what each suppliment is for, how to take it and best of all everything is catagorized by what you are trying to treatMy son in Arizona found your website and forwarded me some info, now I'm a customer for life. Why go anywhere else, you have EVERYTHING. Plus fast and very cheap shipping!
