I saw a special for BOGO for the Olive Leaf Extract, so I ordered 8. When I saw the shipping order, I noticed that only the 8 were shipped; no "Get One Free" column for the item was noted.
The kind Customer Service person said that was a "catalog special". Then why did it appear on line? He credited me for 4 bottles, turning it into a fair way to "BOGO", but then, I don't know if I'll have the opportunity to buy more at that good price again.
I am somewhat disappointed that their sales are different from online and the catalog. It's nice to view the catalog, but sending in an order by mail is slow, especially since I live in Hawaii.
Hey, they charge us extra on shipping now, so I try to order as much product at sale prices that I can.
I have ordered from Swanson for at least 8 years. I always receive high quality products. Sometimes when I order the oils, some leak. They will sometimes put the flax see oil in a bag. I think that should also be done for the coconut oil. My last order of coconut oil leaked a bit on some of the other bottles, but I didn't make a big deal of it.

I repeatedly use Swanson because of the variety of order choices (phone, internet, mail)--the quick shipping, the high % of instock items, the huge selection, and the fabulous catalog with lots of information, likewise the internet site with descriptions and timely information.

I purchased a whole list of items at one time to save on shipping. However, I also wanted to buy Krill Oil and it was out of stock. If I order it now it would cost a separate shipping fee, so I won't until I have more to order.
Recommendation: adopt a policy that out-of-stock items could be paid for at the time with one flat shipping rate for everything and shipped when back in stock. (Most major online companies do!)
